Billconch Security Gun Safe
This Billconch app needs immediate attention. Billconch intentions to sale a product that has a deep floor in its’ application and must be fixed. The app just doesn’t work properly and it’s instructions are far from clean. The app is confusing but most of all it doesn’t work and need developers immediate serious attention. All other security features like fingerprints, Admin code, and personal code are operational but the “App” is terrible. I’m giving Billconch 3 stars because the safe is well built and 3 out of 4 features work.Lord Bloodstone
Hopefully they fix the app
It won’t connect to Bluetooth unless you first touch and “wake up” the safe. After this it loses Bluetooth connection (and you can’t open it from the app) once it goes back to “sleep” after a few seconds.
Bluetooth signal is very weak too if I go downstairs it loses connection fast.
What is the point of remote opening if I have to first physically touch the safe and stay within 5 feet of it?
For now this app is 100% a gimmick.

Good safe but TERRIBLE app!!!
The safe is great. Works perfectly fine…so long as you don’t try to use the app. The app is terrible!! I’ve been able to connect to the safe 3-4 times when I first got the safe. Every attempt after that has been a failure. It just asks for the “admin connection password” over and over again. After entering the correct password, 2 seconds later, it asks for the password again, then again, and again and again. No matter what you do, you can’t get the safe to connect with the app again. Fix this and I’ll happily give 5 stars. The safe itself works perfectly; finger print works, pin works….but the app is just plain terrible.Goodbye4EverEA
Needs more configuration options
It would be nice to have alerts when the safe is opened. With key or thumb or number pad. Also would like to silence the sounds when opening safe.Szymon1978
Doesn’t work with IPhone 12
This really bummed me out. The app only works on older Apple software versions.. not yet for 14.4. I could download it but then many things on the app were just blank rendering it useless.Amloulabear

Latest updated saved the day (Updated review)
I initially gave this a 1 star review because of the 6.9 update that broke admin access but with the release of 7.0. The app is now working how it should which is nice.
Going to do a few more tests but I have changed the review to 4 stars now.
It’s not a 5 because the app still needs work but I’m super happy that it at least works again!
