Great app
Safe works great on all aspects. The app does work, I notice when I first set it up I needed my WiFi disconnected. After that a simple touch of the key pad makes the unit come to life when connecting to the app. It makes sense the bluetooth isn’t constantly running, otherwise the battery would probably drain rather quickly. I believe the other people having Bluetooth issues are expecting the Bluetooth to be on al the time and haven’t tried touching the keypad.HoneyBeeGuy

App has serious problems connecting to safe
I bought this safe because the idea of opening it via an app sounded intriguing. Well, unfortunately it is a gimmick.
The app often will not connect to the safe via Bluetooth. Until it can connect to the safe, you cannot modify the input/admin passwords or modify the name of the safe, view the history of the safe, or, most importantly, unlock it via the app.
Luckily, manually using a PIN or fingerprint works to unlock the safe.
This app is just a gimmick right now. Hopefully they can improve upon it.Superbrandod

I saw the one star review. Tried it out. This app totally works. Follow the instructions in the manual and it works. Just make sure you update all the connection passwords once you are in.Flibertigibit
