Believe the reviews that says app DOESN’T connect

Everything seems to work as described in the manual. The addition of Face ID to the app before being able to remotely unlock the box would be a great safety feature.RHW84088

Works as Described
Not sure why other users rated low and had issues. The app works just fine for me. Just follow the instructions in the manual. I didn’t have any connectivity issues either. Connected to the safe just fine and was able to set my passwords/fingerprints. Works as described right out of the box!Kgksowpjtbs

Always Lost Bluetooth connection and you can’t reconnect without touching fingerprint sensor on lockprodcat
Very flawed
Almost every aspect of this app is flawed or doesn’t work. Several times I’ve almost taken a pry bar to my safe because the app as well as the safe itself don’t work. Would not recommend this app or any products .MDlouthan
