  • I will have to switch to a different business app unfortunately

    The app was working great and all of a sudden I don’t receive any notifications when clients call, I’ve contact the dialed support with no solution. Very inconvenient. Clients call, I have no knowledge of it unless I check the app and see a missed call. I don’t receive any notifications for text messages either. It has affected me being able to run my business efficiently. Calls drop often while on the phone with clients or when trying to make calls. I don’t understand why this app has failed me for the past few months.

  • If you want to lose business, this is the app for you

    We used dialed as our primary customer facing line as a service company. Originally this was great because the owner could carry one phone and dialed promised great functionality like call trees, forwarding, and more. Unfortunately nothing ever worked 100% and eventually dialed quit ringing the phone. All incoming calls would display as missed calls, and only if you close the app and open it again. Do not get this app unless you want to pay $10/month to lose out on business.

  • Messages don’t always go through

    Love the features this app offers but not super reliable. It has been helpful for my small business but my main complaint is there have been several times where we’ve sent a text to someone and they never received it. Or they sent us a text and we never received. When I reached out to the company all they said to do was redownload the app. That did not fix the issue. It still happens and I worry because client correspondence is important to me and I don’t want people thinking I am ignoring them.

  • DO NOT PURCHASE

    I loved the idea of Dialed! It has so many great features and really simple to use. Every was going great for the first month and then all of a sudden my text messages weren’t sending. So I contacted support and they said that this is a known issue and they were working on it. 3 months later I reached out to support again and they were just like “oh yeah this app doesn’t work anymore.” Don’t waste your time or money on this app. Honestly, I’m not sure why it’s still available on the App Store.

  • “In Review” for MONTHS while paying

    My number has been in review for months and I was told “it’s a known isssue” and that they have “no timeline” to fix it. But I’m still being charged monthly still. I get messages but nobody gets my response even though it looks like it went through. I’m going to Apple next to complain direct. You can’t take peoples money and give back no service.

  • DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR BUSINESS

    I originally loved this app as it had all the features I wanted for my business. Since downloading I’ve had issue after issue of not receiving messages or my messages not sending. For over two months, I haven’t been able to send messages and there has been no resolution.

    I have asked many times for my port out Pin so I can use the same number with my current cell phone carrier and it has been impossible for someone to respond with that information. I would never recommend this app to anyone as the customer service is lacking and there is no way to contact the company directly. Don’t waste your money on this app like I have. It’s horrible!

  • Do not use this app for your business

    I’ve been open almost 2 years in business and have used this app since I opened. I’m lucky if it works half the time! I never receive notifications so I’m responding to clients late and it seems outbound texts NEVER send. I’ve reported this issue to dialed and all they ever say is they’re working on it and to contact Apple if I want a refund. Not to mentioned I paid for a yearly subscription in June of last year and they just charged me for a monthly subscription in January this year. Apple isn’t sure if my yearly subscription can still even be honored. Very disappointed. Do not use this app.

  • Problems, problems, problems

    Nothing but trouble as soon as it was purchased. Had the number disconnected without my knowledge and no longer received called and still no fix. I don’t know how many customers or prospects I lost because of this. Never again.
  • So many potentials but fails tenfold

    I’ve had the app a year and half, during that time I’ve had 3 times I’ve fought where text won’t send or receive for over a weeks time. Reached out to support to be told it’s a know problem.
  • Possibly a scam?

    This app was lacking in many areas. The design is poor. It is hard to set up contacts or bring them over from your personal contact list. The final straw was the business registration which does not work and caused me to be unable to receive calls on my number meaning clients have been unable to reach me. I tried for weeks to get assistance from customer service and never got anything more than a form letter email response. Are they just collecting business information and no longer providing a service? Anyway, don’t waste your money.
