    Good day,

    My iTunes as been deducted and am unable to text on my dialed app can you fix this as soon as possible or refund back my money?

  • This app is not running

    This Dialer app has completely crashed.
    It keeps jumping out of the app. Won’t let me sign in. 9.99 wasted can I please have my money back? I’m unable to get past the subscription page and it tells me I’m subscribed but it just keeps jumping out.

  • Would not recommend

    Do not use this app if you’re a salon business owner. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve lost contacts, messages, messages haven’t sent, or I open a message thread with a client and the screen is just black with no way to see what they’ve said. You also can’t send full pictures, it crops it to a square so if you’re sending someone a picture of their hair, you better make sure it can fit in an IG post square. You also can’t send videos or send more than one picture at a time so when clients send me their current hair and inspo pics they have to send separately which is such a nuisance. The only reason I haven’t switched is because I don’t want to change my phone number but I’ll probably just get a separate line with my phone plan and see if I can transfer the number. I would not recommend to any salon professional.

    Hi KaitiParis, Thank you for leaving a thoughtful and honest review. We have a brand new update coming this week, v 2.5, that resolves a few of the issues you mentioned with contacts and messages. If you're having an issue with a blank message thread it might be taking a bit of time to load if your client has sent you a photo. Try tapping the persona button in the top right of the message thread to see that contact's details and see if any media is trying to load in the media gallery at the bottom of that page. We will be updating our photos feature soon and looking at the ability to send videos very soon as well. If you are still unhappy we can certainly help move your number.   • “I can’t make a call or text through my number first”

    I have paid for subscription on my account and it won’t allow me to make a call through the app or even text a number until the person send me a text first and will have to continue the conversation after which I find very absurd so I think you should fix that for my account

    Hi Matthew, You may want to check that you've given the app permission to your microphone so you can complete calls. Without this callers won't be able to hear you.     My account was disabled which I just made payment for through my Apple two days ago so since my account was this disabled because I complained about me not being able to send please kindly refund my money thank you

    I’ve been having issues with my dialed app… Always asking for my subscription and always logout unexpectedly
  • Lost money

    I feel scammed, to be honest. I downloaded the app and tried to sign up with my email and it never sent me an email verification. I clicked I did not receive one and it said my email was banned my the administrator for odd activity? So I tried to sign up with my Apple account and made the account and bought the monthly subscription. It then kicked me out after I selected my phone number and said my account was banned again. I then went in a canceled the subscription but was still billed for the month of subscription I can even access. Very crappy.

Please delete then reinstall version 2.3 from the App Store and you should be able to get back into your account.     I downloaded the app and subscribe on it through my Apple balance then it is saying no subscription after they have deduct money from my iTunes account

  • Just purchased. Won’t let me log back in

    I purchased the 9.99 subscription for monthly to try this app and now it won’t even let me pick my phone number it just logged me out and won’t let me back in. Says “pay for subscription through blah blah blah page” I can’t remember now but can some one please help me with this? Thanks.
