I get notifications of new videos and every time i open this app there are no pictures. I paid good money for the cameras and I pay for this app this shouldn’t work like garbage.Wont Show Pictues
Why?
This update is a major downgrade to the last UI. Extremely buggy, downloading images consistently creates an Error - default opening to home page rather than my picture scroll is annoying. I used to think this was a really nice app, now Tactacam’s UI blows this away.Garrett DR

Poor app
I have wasted so much time trying to set up this app. Very poor app that doesn’t function correctly. I wish I would have bought a different brand. This will the last cam I buy from them.

Horrible App
Sent camera back without even using it because the app keeps crashing. Tried online and wasn’t able to add the camera to my account. Doesn’t matter how good the camera maybe I don’t want a cell trailcam that I can’t monitor remotely. For me it was junk.RCLDVM
Unfortunately it’s as bad as the reviews indicate
First the good. The interface is clean hand easy to navigate. The top bar quickly points users to the appropriate location. (Photos, Subcription & Cameras). One suggestion I’d make is to separate the whole subscription aspect of the experience from viewing photos and managing cameras. The subscription aspect of the service is a given and if done right it’s more of a set it and forget it type of feature.
The bad. The experience in setting the camera was pretty dang bad. I followed the setup guide step by step and would get stuck on the app with it being non responsive. I actually ended up having to go on the strike force website directly to finish parts of it. The payment method for example. It wouldn’t let me enter the cc# on my phone through the app.
The other issue I’m running into with the app is trying to change settings on the cameras. On the web portal at the bottom of each section there is a save button. Kinda helps ensure you actually save the feature changes you made. There is no save feature button on the iOS app and maybe that is the reason for the other issue. I can’t really seem to be able to make feature changes on the app. I’ve tried to make changes to the camera settings through the app by changing them to the appropriate setting. It never seems to update the feature on the camera.Show lessWrxified

The recent update is worse than what you had before, can’t delete photos and the app freezes up to much! I have deleted and reloaded app and it still has problemsCounty Lake
Won’t Open
Used this app last year with my browning trail camera. Downloaded again for this deer season and the app won’t even open. Pulls up the strike force screen then closes immediately. I have deleted and re downloaded, turned phone off, turned it back on with app still downloaded and not downloaded. Anything I can think of. Last year it worked fine with my set up. Wondering if this camera was a mistake now!Show lessAP J.E.

App is terrible. Opens and crashes immediately even after reinstalling, leaving me going into opening day without a camera set up. Complete waste of time and money for how much they cost.JK1111112
Please Do Better
I have 3 Browning Defender cameras on our property and I like the cameras. This app is pretty terrible though. The recent update is even worse. There are numerous bugs. I get lots of pictures and the app gets stuck on certain pictures and you have to close the app, restart it and go back to the beginning of the photos. So frustrating.
