We have a dozen or so cellular trail cams made by various manufacturers.
Browning’s are the only cams that are impossible to set up without having to call customer service. (They’re reps are helpful, but you’ll be 2 hours into pulling your hair out before you call them).
Their advertising is misleading. It’s unlikely that your camera “is capable” of transmitting video. The only way you’ll find this out is after you buy the camera, spend 5 hours getting the app to work, setting it in the field, getting a notice that you’ve captured video & then trying to download it. 1/2 the service for 2x the price of other mfg’s plans. I’m surprised that national farm / tractor realtors carry this setup.

Impossible app
Hours and hours and I’ll have to wait for a bill on my visa to see if it should work This camera may be the first thing I shoot on my next tripetbugs
Lot left to be desired
The connection to the camera is wish washy. I’ve requested HD pictures (part of my plan) but haven’t been able to download any of them. I never know if my cameras are up and running or have gone offline. Some of the settings that are on the camera aren’t in there he app. I would like to be able to check my camera remotely on demand even if I had to pick a different plan.Show lessfind me nc

App keeps getting worse, now not getting any pictures sent. Have literally went out of my way to see. Walking in front of 6 different cameras. No pictures sent. Hope people read these reviews before buying into this wireless set up! Really disappointed with browning. Every product of theirs I have ever used as been great, but their cameras are a waste of money!Show lessm1mini
New app
Cameras are good, new software doesn’t work well. Pictures are still good but the video only lasts 2 seconds no matter what time length you set it for and I can’t send pictures or video by email or text.. broken system needs to be fixed.cgwxyz

I like the color scheme of the new app. Not as bright and eye blinding. That’s about it.
Why does it load from the start to the setting and subscriptions. Who wants to see that. We have cell cameras to see pictures. That’s stuff just for setup and forget it. Make it a tab you can go to and leave it at that.
When you view setting on one camera however to for instance change photo capture time. It takes you back to the subscription page not the settings. It freezes on pics often too.
I get a notification that my storage is full on my SD CARDS also. I use SD management so it’s always full. Can’t turn that off.
Please update the app and listen to us hunters.
When the app loads it should go to the camera roll. The filter option is neat but when you have to scroll to the bottom to submit it it’s annoying. Make it simple and fit all of it on one view
Have a camera tab that list all your camera and be able to click and change setting on the fly like the photo timer. I like to click on mine and turn it to 30 min. If I’m filling up a feeder or mowing ect. Make it easier to get to!Show lesshix83

Worst app and worst system available.. i am a browning dealer and I’m am writing this. Great cameras but worst system out there. Don’t waste your time or money. I’d rather change batteries every month in cuddelinks or switch to Tactacam..app is worthless.Mike8.5.
Ruined the App with Update
Ever since they overhauled the app I have had issues with it. Struggle to share pictures via text message, majority of the time when it shows the picture in the text it is blacked out, or partially blacked out so top half of image is black and bottom half is the actual image. I end up having to attempt to send the image several times to get it to work
Also, it appears the option to save the image to my photos is no longer available?Show lessCIB4
It’s just okay
It’s limited range means you may need to adjust over time. After deleting a bunch of pics, the screen blacks out. Need to download orig again as it was updated 2 days ago. It’s very good so far on batteries but it has limited settings and no info to determine what they mean.RocketFlamingo
App is ok
At the moment the app is just ok. Nothing spectacular about it. Love the Camera so far. One big issue im having is no matter what I do, when I delete pictures, they never delete from the app. Every single picture stays on there. Will update my review later on if they fix some of the bugs and issues.Show lessMmarshall88
