Quick and easy to log into great quality and picture easy to control best camera I’ve had yet
Used to work. The changes broke it. Slow
Never got it o connect to Alexa. It used to work on the phone ok. Not the best UI but whatever. Now it doesn't load my two plug at all or it takes forever to get recognized (were taking only phone here). Nothings on my end location wifi etc has change one bit. I shouldn't have to press and wait for a "switch" to work. I should have tp "wake" it up each time. It uses the apple button slide look which is fine but it doesn' show that while I wait for it to figure out what it is going to do. Again on the no easy Alexa set up but that is possibly the while 2.5 htz 5.0 thing. But at least work they way you did

Hate new update
New update no longer takes you to the camera when you try to open the app from a notification. Instead it takes you to the notification log. Loading the camera is now really slow and a lot of the time I have to back out to the home screen refresh then open the camera to get it to work. Previous issue - Sometimes night vision randomly pops off and it’s really difficult to get it back on especially when my baby is asleep and I’m trying not to wake them by standing over them messing with the camera. Fix this new update!

Latest Update Really Poor
I’ve been using this app for about a year to control a couple of smart plugs at the back of a wardrobe. Up until the most recent updates the app loaded quickly and I could switch the plugs on in a few seconds. After the latest update, when accessing the plug setting via the app, the screen just becomes unresponsive. You have to exit the plug menu, then go back into it, wait for the ‘deviceOffline’ notification to disappear, then the plug ‘button’ starts working again. Really annoying!

Perfect baby monitor. Very minimalistic. You can stream more than one camera at a time. It's been great for our family with 2 small kids. We have one in each room. Plus the price is right. All in all, would highly recommend.
Great camera
I’m writing to let you know that me and wife really enjoy and appreciate your wireless camera system. We use those as baby monitors in the rooms of our small children which ages 5 and 18 months old. Me and my wife are Foster parents and over the years we had many young children come through our home. We have used many baby monitor systems from the very cheap to the most expensive one on market. This was until my wife found your product and we have been thankful ever since. Thank you very much from the Bailey family.

Latest update is trash please fix quickly for my sanity
We've had 4 of these cameras for almost 4 years now we’ve loved it most of the time BUT this last update is trash. I can’t click on the notification to bring me to the camera anymore now it takes me to the motion log. When i go to the app by switching tabs it won’t load the camera I was on, I have to go to my other camera before the one I was on will load. When you’ve got a screaming kid and you need to let them know you’re on your way so they stop and don’t wake up the others the speed of the camera is really really important for my sanity. They have been perfect for us for a long time and I’m really upset that this update is such a headache I literally want to throw them away and get different ones please fix this or go back to the previous version.
