  • App update horrible

    I have loved these 360 camera since i got the first one as a baby monitor. This new update though (not even that new, like 2 months!) if i leave the app i have to completely close it out before trying to go back to view the camera again. Kind of a pain when I’m checking on my sleeping kids. Update: dear developer, i have checked the app AND the App Store. There is no new update available.. oh! And i have had an SD card in both cameras since we set them up, even checked them to see if they were full (they aren’t, but still cleared anything on them) and yet the app says i don’t have memory cards in the device.

  • Good hardware but the app keeps getting worse

    If you’re considering a camera, right now look somewhere else. The latest update has basically totally fouled up the functionality of this camera. Every time you need to check on the camera you have to close out and then reopen the camera. The lag when it’s loading (especially when dealing with an infant or toddler) is wayyyy too long. The directional controls weren’t great before and while they fixed them somewhat in the latest update, it’s basically made the hardware incredibly difficult to use. Very, very disappointed.

    Hi, I apologize for the issue with the app. In the latest app update, we added the option to hide the directional pad. The pan/tilt without the directional pad has always been allowed. Camera loading is dependent on the network connection. Please make sure the camera WiFi connection and phone network (WiFi or Cellular) connection are working properly. If the issue persists, please contact us at "support@nooie.com" so our team can check your camera firmware.
  • Good use of money!!

    For the affordable price, we very much like this camera for our dog kennel and nursery. The photo quality is great and we get very prompt and accurate notifications when there is noise or movement.
  • Horrible

    I’ve used this camera for 3.5 years now. You cannot speak through it, your voice comes out garbled to your kid and it lags horribly. It also seems like you need to reinstall the app a lot to fix issues like not receiving notifications when your kid gets out of bed. Sound from the room will come through garbled also. AFTER 3.5 YEARS YOU SHOULD HAVE FIXED THIS JUNK NOOIE!!!

  • Latest Update Causing So Many Issues!

    Like others have commented, since the update, I have to completely hard close the app and re-open to get the cameras to work, each time! Also, the automatic mute update is not good. These are baby cams…why wouldn’t we want to hear the noise in a room? Doesn’t make sense. Also, it doesn’t seem to be supported on my apple watch anymore because notifications do not come through there at all now. I’m bummed bc this used to be reliable!

Regarding not receiving notifications with apple watch, please make sure the "Notifications" are enabled for the Nooie app on the phone OS and enabled for the Nooie app on the watch app. If the issue persists, please contact us at "support@nooie.com".
  • Great product and even better customer service

    I brought this camera as a second baby camera and it was absolutely bargain. I am easily able to take it to and from my house and parents. I’ve had it for over 2 years now. Camera quality is fantastic both day and night mode and the best is that it’s 360. U can move easily. My wife recently stopped working and I contacted Nooie via email and with the great help and customer service they are sending me out a new wire. Quick and prompt replies.

  • Good when it works

    I enjoy the quality of this camera and the 360 motion capabilities. Since the latest update, the app has been horrible. If I jump from the Nooie app to another app and try to go back, the camera gives me a consistent loading screen. I have to close the app entirely (and sometimes all the other apps I have running) to be able to view the camera. No longer satisfied.

  • Do not waste your money on this camera!

    This camera app is trash! Do not waste even a penny on this.
    I’ve had it a few months and it’s not worth it.
    It doesn’t send notifications when my baby moves or cries in her crib, and it also takes a LONG LONG LONG time to load the screen to even try to look at the camera live.
    It has nothing to do with my WiFi bc Ring works perfectly fine.
    I reached out bc to customer support bc it I kept getting a message that said “Server is busy try again later” only on my phone but my sister was able to see the camera fine, it just didn’t give any notifications or even allow me to reconnect the camera. They don’t respond right away, and all they suggest is to remove the app and then download it again. Stay away from this camera app! Zero stars!!!

    Hi, I apologize for the issue with the app. Regarding the notifications, please make sure Notifications are enabled for the "Nooie" app on the phone. Make sure "Motion" and "Sound" Detection are enabled in the app under Camera Settings > Detection. If the issue persists, please contact us at "support@nooie.com".
  • Great customer service

    My emails are answered timely. The pictures and sound quality are excellent.
  • Update and customer service

    There was a mistake in the update and i believe many of us reported it but nevertheless customer service responded very quickly to my email and kept me updated and the problem was fixed quite quickly.
    Have been using my Nooie camera for my baby’s room for over a year now and love it very reassuring devise to use as new parents.
