  • Excellent Product

    I have just bought 6 Nooie after the recommendation from a friend. They are straightforward to set up and work really well. To have the ability to control lights around our house if we are away or even out for the evening is really useful. I did contact customer service to ask a question about setup and they emailed back same day with the answer. Excellent company. Thanks

  • Great app

    App is very easy to use and understand. Everything is very clear and informative. Everything you need right at your finger tips. Not only that but the customer service is beyond helpful with any questions I’ve had, they have been extremely friendly, kind, professional, fast to respond and super efficient. Great problem solver team!

  • Recording time stamps inconsistent

    As with many others, I agree there has been constant issues since the latest app update. The biggest one impacting me is that when I go back to watch the recordings, it takes me to a time a few minutes off of the time I selected, and when I scrub to a different time, it is always several minutes off or it stays on the same time in the video. It makes it impossible to check for any issues the kids have in the night. I’ve been patiently waiting for an update to fix the bugs but now it’s been months.

  • Works good if you can get it to open

    I got this camera a year ago and loved it then the app stopped working, I can’t get the app to load my camera or even open to see the video it just loads forever and eventually starts working on its own again hours later . It’s unreliable and frustrating .
  • Terrible update

    I have been happily using the Nooie app for years now but the new update is awful! The toggle that has been added to use the camara is terrible. The screen to actually view my child is now smaller to accommodate for this clunky addition which is completely pointless when it was never an issue to move the camera without it. If turning the screen on my phone to make the video bigger this directional wheel then decides to cover my child entirely as it jumps over the video itself. Awful.

  • Does not record

    My husband and I are growing more and more frustrated with this device as the weeks go on. A couple months ago there was no sound. And for the last month or so, the camera does not record much. It will record maybe one thing during the night or the last 15 minutes. We are not happy about this. We needed the continuous monitoring. This is not a good brand and I would not waste your money on it as we have.

  • Lastest Update tanked it

    I have been using this product 2 years now. Love the 360 cameras to check on my kids while I’m gone with a sitter or just check on them while playing in the next room. But this last update has been a nightmare!!! My app crashes and I have to completely log out,! I’ve updated everything as I was told, uninstalled and reinstalled everything but its constantly crashing or going online and I have to refresh… and yes I’ve checked it’s not my Wi-Fi or internet connection. I have SD cards in all my camera and it will say nothing happened that day which I know is a lie cause I only review on days I have a sitter or the kids make a mention of a argument between them and it captures nothing. I’m very confused and disappointed in the update. If it continues I will be forced to choose a different product that will service the purpose.

Regarding the microSD card not working, please re-format the card in the app. Refer to the steps below. 1. Log into the Nooie app and click on the "camera thumbnail". 2. Select the "Settings" (hexagon) icon in the top right. 3. Select "Storage". 4. Click on "Format SD Card". Wait a few minutes for the format to complete. If the issue persists, please contact us at "support@nooie.com".
  • Great wireless plugs at a reasonable price

    I use these plugs throughout my house and use google home or Alexa to turn them on/off.

    Their size allows you to use the 2nd outlet unlike many other smart plugs.
  • Was great now it crashes

    Used this for 18 months now new update it crashes and wakes my kid up with start up sound even though I disabled that sound. So ya fix your stuff or loose your customers like me. Anyone looking for a camera use to tell about this but now just go get a cam and monitor with out wifi and cheaper also better

  • Recent Update Issues

    The camera and app have been sufficient for our needs as a monitor in my children’s room. There have been bugs that I’ve overlooked in the past because the convenience outweighed the cons, but now the sound is not working at all. No matter how many times I toggle the mute button, restart the app (or my phone), it doesn’t change the sound no working. Additionally, my spouse is now unable to log into the app from his phone unless I manually log out of the Nooie app from my end. Quite disappointed, especially since I had been liking the product and recommended it to friends.

    Hi, I apologize for the issue with the app. Regarding the sound issue, if you are trying to listen to a recording, the "Audio Recording" setting needs to be enabled in the app. However, if the "live" view sound icon is not working, please contact us at "support@nooie.com" so our team can further troubleshoot this issue. The app has a feature called "Sharing" that allows a camera to be shared with another user account.
