  • App is horrible

    The app is horrible especially after this new update. The sound randomly gets muted which is not helpful when I am using it to monitor my child at night. It defaults to muting the sound when you open it now, which is annoying but it’s fun I can remember to unmute it but if I leave the app running to monitor my child I will randomly look over and notice the sound has been muted on its own. I also have to fully close out of the app and reopen it if I had it in the background b/c the image won’t pull up again if I don’t. The app has gotten worse with each update.

  • Great product and fantastic customer support.

    I initially purchased the 360 indoor camera after it was recommended.
    I was so impressed and shocked that it actually worked in my house as nothing needing internet works here!
    I went on to purchase a further indoor camera and the outdoor security camera.
    I needed a little help setting it up as it was struggling to find wifi but with the speedy assistance of the customer service team the issue was solved instantly.
    I would recommend Nooie 100%

  • Latest update disable sound automatically

    I normally by default have speaker enabled so I can hear my 8 mos old. Now with this update, speaker gets muted on its own randomly. Also, when I go back and use the camera, I now consistently have unmute the speaker.
  • Sound

    Since the latest update - sound gets turned off automatically when having app open. This is used as baby cam. Very important to hear sounds. Keep having to unmute all through night stinks!
  • app fails to load the camera 75% of the time

    and when it does load, it takes more than 10-30 seconds most the time to do so.

    camera is great, but what’s the point if you can’t see the thing via the app? Super frustrating and disappointing, especially when trying see your child!
  • Wish I didn't buy it

    Poor audio quality, both the audio from the nooie microphone and the output. Both are delayed by several seconds.
    App is buggy, frequent issues something doesn't work. Has gotten worse in the 2 years I've own it.
    Camera quality is fine, does pretty well in a dark room hence giving it any stars at all.

  • Newest Update

    I was enjoying the app because I can view camera on my iphone or on my macbook air. However, this new update makes the nooie camera screen on my macbook about a
    2inx2in box which os really hard to see. It was just last night 8inx8in viewing screen.
  • Could be better.

    The app is glitchy, randomly signs me out and I have to close it entirely if I want to reopen it. Sometimes it won’t notify me of anything. My biggest gripe is that if you are connected to Bluetooth, it will disconnect when you open the camera and distort the audio.
    Needs a lot of improvement.
  • Update is not useful

    We’ve been using the 360 as a baby monitor however the new update has placed the ‘navigational toggle’ into the bottom left corner of the ‘full screen mode’ and it can’t be moved… it’s more often in the way of my view of the baby…it’s MASSIVE! I really don’t know why it’s been added as it was easy to move the camera around using your fingers on the screen… if it’s not broken, don’t fix it! Please can you allow for this ‘toggle’ to be moved by your customers to their desired location?
