  • issues since update

    I am having to restart app every time I want to see the camera. If I open Nooie, switch to another app or two, and come back to Nooie, the camera doesn’t load. I have to swipe up to exit app and restart open it.
  • Excellence bundled in a nicely crafted device!

    5 stars for the camera quality, the app quality, and lastly the customer service is amazing! Alma got back with me in helping me with a problem within hours thanks again! Will recommend to anyone out there!!!

  • Great Customer Service!

    We love all 3 cameras. We love that we can check them from our Alexa devices and that we can use the app. The playback is great quality and sound quality is wonderful.

    Had to contact customer service for replacement parts I lost and they were very quick to respond and help me! I would say A+++ on customer service end!

    I highly recommend to everyone wanting a Wi-Fi enabled security system with a great app!

  • Worth the Money

    Not sure what all the horrible ratings are for, mine works perfectly fine. For the money, 1000% worth it.
  • Poor quality

    The camera/app worked for about month and since it updated has not worked since
  • Camera Issues

    Had this camera 18mo now and I wish I never bought it. The app just updated and now the camera doesn’t move down so I can see my baby. The app will time out while we’re sleeping defeating the whole point of the camera and the quality of video is worse with this new update. Highly don’t recommend.
  • Don’t buy the camera!!!

    I hope you read the app reviews before buying the camera because they go hand in hand and the app is about as crappy as it gets. And if you thought it couldn’t get any worse, their new update just brought it to a new low. Look elsewhere for a camera for your baby
  • Update killed the app

    As others have said, the latest update has killed the app. Before the update the app was fine, the camera control was a little glitchy but this update has made it 100x worse and also added a pointless joystick image which blocks half the image and doesn’t work properly. Also you can’t swap back into the app as the camera view stops working so you have to close and restart the app every time you want to swap apps.

  • The update is not useful at all

    The app was working perfectly fine until the update, after it got updated the app takes a long time to load the live view especially if you go on another screen and return back to camera, this is extremely annoying.

    Another unnecessary addition is the navigation toggle which comes in the way of my view and you can’t even move this, it completely blocks my view and I’m not sure why it was added as it was so easy to move with fingers, please can you remove this update and revert back to how the app was.

  • When it works it’s great!

    If the app worked consistently it would be amazing. However, seemingly at random, and at the worst times possible, the camera and its connectivity will go down. Sometimes it’s down for a few hours and will work again by itself. There are times however when it will just refuse to work and eventually I find that I need to re add the camera again. This time it did the same thing. However, I am now unable to share the camera feed with my wife. We both have the app and use it as a baby monitor, and I’m the main person with account. I usually share it with her, but now every time I try, she gets the notifications, but it won’t actually bring up the feed and it shows she’s not connected. This is getting frustrating and I just wish it would work well again.
