We received this camera for a gift for Christmas after adopting a new puppy. It has been a lifesaver. No more worrying when I leave the house because I can always hop on and see how she is. We can speak through the camera (which has helped calm her several times), and it rotates 360 degrees! Love this camera and highly recommend to others.Show lessTobyHawk24457

Love this camera!! Just a few things I’d change
I’d give this 5 stars but there are just a couple features I wish it had / things I’d improve before I’d give it 5 stars.
- I wish you could lock the camera so you don’t move it by mistake while watching.
- I wish there was a time you could set in between movement notifications. My husband and I would get bombarded with 25+ notifications at a time if our baby was moving. It would be nice to say notify every 5 minutes or something like that.
- I wish I didn’t get notifications of movement while I was watching the camera. Obviously I know it’s detecting movement I’m looking at it.
Other than these small inconveniences I love this camera. It has better camera quality than the owlet and it’s half the price. Perfect baby monitor I recommend this camera all day long.Show lessHarmonic Ivy

Hi, Thank you for the positive feedback. We strive to provide the best app experience. Unfortunately, the app doesn't have an alert frequency setting. However, lowering the sensitivity setting will reduce the amount of notifications. The camera only triggers when movement occurs in view of the camera not when viewing in the app.It’s good
I mean it’s a great camera. But sometimes the mic won’t work, or the app itself shuts down, or I have to reconnect it with my phone, other than that it’s great!persephone95!
Very effective cameras and work in real time
I have already purchased 9 cameras as personal use and gifts. Products are excellent and customer service is very prompt and effective.luna@87
Easy to use but just missing one thing
Great app and so simple to use with my Nooie cat feeder. However I wish there would be an option to send me a notification every time it dispenses food. I know I can go into the app to look at the history but it would so much better to get those in real time.
Also I do not get a push notification when food is low. Food has almost been completely gone two times and never received an alert. I would hope if this worked, it would alert me every day until food is filled back up.Show lesspcs689

The camera had its glitches but for the most part worked well. Now the app is consistently failing and I can’t even get it to connect my camera. I’ve reached out to customer service and no help there. BummerPingpangandpow

Outstanding Customer service
We ordered a set of 3 smart plugs, after a few weeks one started to fail and then stopped working, without any issues or hesitation we were shipped a replacement part and all is good in the world again. Would buy here again perfect service and polite customer representatives.snailumm
