  • Service and hours

    Wonderful accommodations for refills. I appreciate the drive up window which was the main reason for changing pharmacies. The service is great minus the inventory day. Text messaging the completed refill takes out the wondering of timing. Thanks, Hannaford!
  • Potentially dangerous

    This app supposedly lists all prescriptions that are due to be refilled. I used it for months, carefully checking to be sure it caught 100% of prescriptions due to be refilled then began to rely on the app to remind me. Big mistake! I took the last pill of an important med and the app STILL didn’t have it on the list ready to request a refill. When I manually entered it for refill it went in with no error, so the data was in the system but the app just didn’t work right. I’m back to manually watching my med refill needs and calling them in.

  • So far, so good (and a developer suggestion)

    So far I haven’t had any issues with the Hannaford Pharmacy app, but I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement.

    1) There should be a way to archive past prescriptions from appearing in your list of medications. This would be particularly helpful for someone who has taken different dosages over time of the same medication so as not to inadvertently select the correct medication but incorrect dosage for refill. I also find it just distracting to scroll through ones I no longer use.
    2) In using the scan label feature for refill, when you get to the “confirm refill” page, it doesn’t say the name of the medication, just the rx#. I would have liked to be able to confirm specifically what I was refilling.

  • Customer service is exceptional

    I feel the amount of knowledge and helpfulness at this location makes it worth the drive for me. I have a Hannaford close to my house within 2 miles but prefer to do business with this store.
  • Great people

    The pharmacists at Hannaford are some of the nicest, helpful, and courteous people I have met. I have used other pharmacies before and to them you are just a number. At hannaford they treat you like a human and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with their services.
  • A few tweaks

    It’s so nice being able to refill on the app as well as see the provider is being contacted if needed. But it’s misleading when it shows it as “prescription filled”. A few times I’ve intentionally driven to the store to get it, and it’s not filled.
    Also-I wish we could add family members even without a current prescription in hand. This would be great for those times when you have a sick child and you don’t/ can’t head to the store to check. Or keep calling unnecessarily as the pharmacists are busy as it is.
    Finally, I wish we could delete prescriptions we don’t need anymore.

  • The app is great

    But myself and my husband have always used two different pharmacies, both Hannaford’s though. We’ve never transferred our prescriptions because it’s just easier. The app won’t allow us to use 2 different locations for refilling our prescriptions, so I always have to call and make sure my prescription hasn’t been transferred. Other than that the app is fantastic, very easy to use and convenient.

  • Super helpful and quick!

    I love this app. I would typically forget to refill my prescriptions because I had always been meaning to call, but the time would slip away for me. This way, I can literally just scan my prescriptions right after I finish taking them in the morning. It’s super helpful and very easy to use :-)
