Ridiculous price
Straight to the points:
•Charge you for every little thing
•Take ages (half of the sellers don’t send item)
•Customer service is rubbish, unhelpful responses. (For example they would send me auto generated emails in response to questions which did not correlate.)
•Cannot contact seller.
•Shipping price is RIDICULOUS (I knew it would be expensive but I wanted to ship four very light items to the UK and it has ended up costing £60+)
•Stressful/time-consuming

I’ve been using Buyee for a very long time, I purchased an item on Mercari for $380 and chose the “lite” plan thinking I wasn’t going to have any issues because the seller had a 5 star rating Turns out, the seller shipped the wrong item, and item was not as described. Now Buyee won’t issue any refund, and I basically just lost $380 WONDERFUL POLICY, be aware when using LITE plan.. that you will NOT receive a refund for any item purchased. Not to mention, BUYEE customer service is absolutely horrible. Typical Japan people, scamming people out of their hard earned money

Can be easily scammed!
“THEY DONT GUARANTEE AUTHENTIC ITEMS!” This is such a terrible app to buy things on the biddings don’t keep you up to time by the second only by the minute (makes it’s harder to bid). You can’t even contact the sellers before you decide to bid to ask any questions, instead you have to send Buyee a message to ask the seller which is really stupid! This app needs so much work it’s ridiculous I tried to buy something that said it had 3 minutes left and it didn’t go through, and what I was willing to pay was way past the price someone won it for. Absolutely trash app. Barely any Pokémon cards on here and all types of random products. (Stay away you have been warned fake items may come your way).Show less420soto

For Pokémon cards on yahoo auction. Got some bid on item and was outbid by other buyers. Then I bid on something else. Then I was told I won the item?????
Also cannot easily leave a review for the seller so hard to tell which one is legit. Need to have systems to put reviews so we can warn other buys on certain scammer sellers.
I guess I will use my 400+ dollars to buy a huge lesson. Want to give my kids really awesome Christmas gift and turns out those sellers on yahoo auction pretty much all scammers. It works, but…
The app is TERRIBLY buggy, it’s blank every single time I open it and I have to properly close the app and reopen it to use. There’s fees after fees and it’s quite expensive. On top of this I didn’t even pay for (£10!) protective packaging and they still stuffed my package with protective stuff I didn’t need, which meant I was paying for a bigger box and thus a bigger shipping fee. Only thing I’ll say is it arrived on time (which is thanks to the postal service, not buyee…) and I received my items perfectly.Show lesshannah mizoe
Ok but lots of room for improvement
Most people are probably better off using their browser on mobile or on a desktop if possible and I’ll explain why. Notifications you get on your phone do not default to your language but appear to be randomly selected; I believe I’ve seen Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, etc but never English. Probably 80% of the time when you click on a notification it opens and immediately crashes the app so you have no idea what the notification was for since it’s not in your language. The language translation options of Yahoo Japan auctions are only shown when you click on the more info description vs pretty much every page when accessing from your browser. Lastly, the app is extremely slow to load pages vs just accessing from a browser even on mobile. There is lots of room for improvement.Show lesswoodcan
BLOODY AMAZING
Can’t believe I discovered this let me firstly start with you will find things on here that will not be found on any of the site PERIOD!! Ebay,Depop etc app-site amazing and the stuff shipped to the uk literally arrives in 2 days I dunno how but I’m certainly not complaining this site has given me the most life and happiness and taking the most money out of me lol but I’m not complaining the stuff that I’ve got off here is just simply amazing 10/10!
