the keyboard does not work, there is an app breaking glitch when contacting customer support through the chat, which slides the text box underneath of the keyboard where you cannot see it.left square
Not the best but works
This is the only site I’m able to get rare goods from, but they are wayyyyyy too expensive. I mean, it’s to be expected, so it’s not a huge deal. The big deal that I hate is their service. If a package is lost, they will take MONTHS to even try to solve the issue and make you do most of the work. So not only is the service extremely slow, but they are also very lazy. I never even got a complete refund, so I basically gave them money for no reason. I wouldn’t recommend this site unless there’s something you absolutely want, but just be prepared for high prices and horrible service if something goes wrongShow lessStephanoistrollingyou
Its just an app version of the website
Which is fine; it’s what I want, but there is something wild about being on an app while also being advertised the app in an banner add, I would get that checked.

Basic and unoptimised web app on iPad
Buyee need to make this a dedicated app rather than a web app. It is very slow and buggy. It is also unoptimised for iPad which is unheard of in 2021 for almost any app.x83748391
Too much surcharge
They charge you for every action you take. You will never know how much exactly you pay for an item until shipping. Even it was cheaper when you buy it on Buyee, Sometime it end up costs more than you buy at domestic. You pay nearly half just for service fee. I love it!!!
This app is amazing. The stores, the shipping services and the customer service. It’s my 3rd time buying and never had a problem.
You do have to be careful with the processing, plan, shipping and consolidation fees. Once you get the hang of those, you’ll know that it’s worth it.
Also, the customer service is amazing, they answer the next day (you have to take in mind they are in japan and have a different time zone, so they aren’t going to respond in THAT second).
And if the item goes out of stock, they give you your refund really quick.Show lessangie199612

Great app. Super convenient if you are just getting into japan yahoo auctions and frequent purchases. Consolidation process is helpful. Please fix the chat bubble. I no longer have the chat feature on the app. I’d like to be able to ask sellers wgg be en they plan on shipping. It’s been 2 weeks.thedefleppard

A decent complement to the website
