Best retro camera app ever
Love, love, absolutely love. Unlike other app of its kind, NOMO for example, FIMO doesn’t need to pay for the extra membership, instead it only provides certain cameras to purchase. And every camera that’s needs to be purchased worth the money! The best thing about FIMO is that it releases holiday limited roll films. So festive! Having Portra and Kodachrome is one app is freaking amazing! I use it every day and it gives my photos not just a vintage touch of trendy VHS camera i see being used by bloggers, but a professional one with nice smoothness, warm colors and great texture!saint.katee
Best of its kind
I love these analog camera style apps, and this is my favorite of the ones I’ve used to date. Fimo’s films are gorgeous, and the interface is pleasant to use, though a little bit clumsy in landscape. Still, I’m delighted every time I use the app and find myself trying to find excuses to take more photos with it. A few wishes: I’d love the ability to save an unprocessed version of a photo taken (perhaps the photo can be saved as “with edits”, so it can be reverted to unprocessed if desired from the main Photos app), and the ability to have embellishments such as frames left out (like how dating a photo is optional), would be nice as well. Thanks for building such a wonderful app. It is not just yet another film camera app. It brings back all the beautiful things from film era. One more thing I still want to have is having an option to save the original (unfiltered) image along with the filtered one. As a film shooter since the 70’s, you have some great looks to these simulations!! The only three things I would love to see in future updates would be exposure lock/ + or - ev , full resolution from camera and camera roll files that are up to 50mp and simultaneously capture Raw data and the processed jpg file. Nice film simulation, but...
I think this app has very appealing film simulations, among the best out there. The interface is attractive and the UI for switching films is genius. I’d like to remove the FIMO branding on the film frames, especially the “handwritten” one. But a fun app.edisoncarter
Nicely designed camera
I downloaded this app by accidence, but it do surprise me a lot! Its vintage style ui design is so dope!! And PAN100 is the effect I love most in this app! I deadly love such kind of black&white photo effect. The only complaint is that it doesn’t allow me to preview the effects before shooting. It’s confused.
