Even before the new version, I was having trouble with my app and pump losing connection. That means overnight, my pump will not give corrective boluses or stop when I’m low. That is sooooooo Dangerous. Now that I have downloaded the new app, it’s even worse. I’ve lost connection for almost three days!!!!! I was on a mini-med for over 20 years, but I love the Dexcom and tslim is supposed to work with that. I’m beginning to wonder if it was worth switching. I’ve called customer support a number of times and all they tell me is that I have to have the DexCom and pump on the same side (Hello, you are supposed to change sides every time you change your pump! Plus no matter if they’re on the same side or not, it has the same result of no connection. ) and two other things. I have done ALL of the things they tell me, and they don’t have an answer for you, they just tell you that losing connection is normal. It is not normal. Some days it connects and disconnnects all day, so you keep getting the annoying beeps. Some days, it can be off anywhere from and hour to three days. I’m really mad. They no there is a problem with the app and they won’t admit it, or update the app. The way it is now is dangerous! If I didn’t have my DexCom app, I would no nothing about my blood sugar!😡
