  • A waste of time

    They put all of these on the vending machines where I work. I hate this app and their little devices. What is the point of this? Apple Pay has been just fine. Now introduce a pointless middle man? If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. How did something like this get the green light. This feels like something created by AI. It is so unintuitive and not user friendly. I hope they uninstall them from the vending machines. Going to submit a complaint to my workplace as well.

  • App a waste of time, never connects

    April 27 update. Wish I could give this app 0 stars. After replaying to the developers I have hear nothing back from them. Figured. Avoid this app.

    Original review: Thought it would be great to load money on this app to pay for Primo Water and the refil stations. DON’T do it. App rarely connects at the machines and you can’t contact customer service for help (always get errors…hmm maybe the help center just doesn’t want to support their customers). Avoid this app

  • Scam

    I came across a vending machine that would not take cash at a hotel I stay at weekly for work. Downloaded app and only added five dollars which I’m never getting back. I guess the machine was acting up. So job luck that night. Two weeks later now. In open the app. Type in machine number and’s try to pay and it insist I pay with Apple Pay. Which I have five bucks on the app I want to use first. Will not allow me to. Do not waste your money. They made five bucks off of me and I’ll never get a drink or snack from either machine using the funds I added.
