Not easy peasy but finally works!
I found that connecting to the V01 network name of the unit does not work at all. I had to get a wifi extender to reach the back yard & when I set up in the app I identified the network name of the extender and all was good. For a week. Determined the extender had died so bought a new one. The app kept telling me I was still offline. Even tried deleting it & reinstalling it (3 times). I guess once you set it up through your email it still remembers you even if you delete the app. There is no way to change the new network address once you have set it up so that is a definite flaw of the app. I recreated a new account under my husband’s email, selected the new extender network name and we are good to go! Scheduling feature is a bit clunky but it works ok. Find it easier to manually turn heat off & on manually (without using schedule) as you don’t always know what your starting temperature will be when the schedule time begins.Show lessDoesn’t connect
Couldn’t get it to connect. App is pretty much garbage and “app support” takes you to a site in a different language with no way to change it.Cannot connect to my WIFI

Updated review: The timer feature appears to have been fixed.
This is actually an ok app. It asks for too many permissions maybe but you can turn them off once you’ve set it up. Beyond that it lets me control the heater/filter/bubbles from my phone. However sometime in the past few weeks the timer function simply stopped working. Others are reporting the same issue as well.Show lessSchedule Not Working
I was able to connect to it. I can control the spa, turn it off and turn it on using the app, but the schedule feature does not work at all.Scheduling does not work
Please work out the bugs on this app - having to manually turn the filter and heater on everyday is ridiculous. Fix the scheduling portion please.Not following schedule
I’ve confirmed that the control unit is connected to wifi and phone controls the heat, jets, pump, etc when connected to wifi or using cellular, confirming that the unit is connected to the house wifi, however the schedules I set will not turn the control unit on.
I suspect a software glitch as a co-worker has the same problem at the same time.
