The most useful feature doesn’t work
This app can turn on and off my hot tub and change the temperature settings without a problem. However, the most useful feature is the ability to set timers to preheat the hot tub at various times of the day to keep it at a reasonable temperature while not consuming ridiculous amounts of electricity. This featurehas been designed(and supposedly implemented) and leads you to believe that it should work however, once you set a timer, nothing actually turns on. I have done some searches online and have found user groups on Facebook complaining of this issue since the most recent update around middle of June 2024. I strongly encourage the app developers to fix this tomorrow. Another slightly annoying thing in the timer section, you have to tap your finger at a very precise location (precisely on the numerals) otherwise it doesn’t respond. I think you need to revise your app a little bit so that the tap gesture is recognized over a larger surface area. With the above things fixed, the app would be perfectly fine.Show lessSkykid19
No app support
Bestway Saluspa does not offer support for the app. When I went to the app website, it’s in Chinese. It will not let me set schedules anymore. I tried deleting the schedules and putting them back in. It wouldn’t work. I tried deleting the schedules and deleting the app. I reloaded the app and put in new schedules and that still doesn’t work. Can’t find any help for this. It was working perfectly. I don’t know if the update messed it up or what.

Help!!!!
We’ve been loving our tub for the last 6mo. Then all of suddenly the app timer controls stop working with the tub unit. We can turn the unit on and off manually by the app but are no longer able to set a schedule. We have tried reconnecting the WiFi, turning off and on and even reloading the app. So now we have remember to manually turn it on and off during the day to keep it heated and filtered without burning out the filter by running it 24/7. We tried reaching out for support by the email form but no one is getting back to us. Please help!!!!Show lessRmfawcett
Useless apps.
I had the pump at 6 inch from my router and unable to connect to the wifi. Suggestion, make your application same as Honeywell.Not happy camper so far
Schedule set
I have set a schedule to come on heat at 0000 through till 0600. Cheap electric
Then the filter to come on All day 06:01 till 11:59. First night and nothing happened. The schedule part of this app needs looking at with some clear instructions on the best way to operate it.truckerdicko

Tried linking the app to the air jet using the wifi address password provided on the side of the air jet and does not work. If you’re buying this for some technical use by means of app…. Do not because it’s useless. The spa its self is ok however it errors an alarm each night. 2/5 stars for the spa but 0/5 for its app feature.Show lessFix the freakin game😡
Won’t connect to wifi
Cannot get it to connect with my Costco Airjet V01. I follow the instructions to connect to wifi, then the hot tub, and nothing happens. This could have been a handy feature, hopefully an update can resolve itaccordiontime

Does not work
Added my Lay-Z-Spa to the app, works when you first pair but once you close the app it always says your device is offline even though when you change a state on the unit you can see the switch change in the App but it is all grayed out with a big message saying device offline
Tried several times over several days, will stick to the Lay-Z-Spa appShow lessidarkside
