App requires you to create an account. Which does not work, fill out form and submit but you need to activate via an email that never comes. Since you need to log in to use the app it renders it useless. Would rate zero stars if I could.jml4580

The Wi-Fi will not connect to my pump.
I watched videos on how to connect it to Wi-Fi and they show it connecting with no problems. When I try connecting no Wi-Fi pops up to connect.X-Video Man 68a
Can’t Sign Up

I like this app, but
I actually really like this app. It took 30 seconds to set up. It is useful, and just cool. My issue is, why doesn’t it have notifications. If you get an error, you should get a notification so you can address it. It seems like an odd thing to overlook.TonyCarrComedy.com

Best way pool pump
I bought and set up an above ground pool that came with a Bestway pump. I downloaded the Smart Hub app and attempted setup more than a week ago. After registering a new account it said that an activation email was sent. After numerous attempts I still haven’t received that activation email. Without the app I am only able to turn the pump on in 10 hour, or less, increments because it has a built in timer. Can’t leave it running nonstop if I wanted to.Show lessBob90809080605040201
