Anybody want to develop an app?
This app could do so much more. Come on bestway. I should at least be able to see if my heating element is on or off.eveyothernameseemstobetaken
It works and does what it needs to..
So the lazy spa app is complete TRASH..
This bestway app works fine for me…
I can operate all functions perfectly with this app and effortlessly.
Heat up heat down works via app
Filter on or off works via app
Bubbles on or off works via app
Turn the unit on or off works via the app
Current temp and set temp shows in the app
Scheduling to switch the heat on to x set heat in x amount of hrs for x amount of hrs is also selectable in the app.
You can even do. “Device sharing” so you and say your partner can both control the spa from your phones..
Also as far as i remember the app also works over cellular ie when not connected to wifi and are away from home..
If i remember the commands can be a tad glitchy when not on your tubs wifi network..Show lessBodger and Badger
Very very basic
Bought a spa. Wanted to give the app a shot. It’s basic but it works. Setup in the app was easy. It did say “weak security” on their WIFI end.
App shows me current temp.
Let’s me set the temp I want it to be.
Allows me to turn on the airjets.
Allows me to toggle heat on/off.
Allows me to turn filter on/off.
As far as scheduling- it only allows you to set up in advance what time to turn heat on and how long you want it heated.
So it’s very limited in functionality.

Never connects to Wi-Fi
Regardless of which 2.5ghz and whether it has a repeater right next to it, unit will always say it failed (even after the ‘Wi-Fi’ signal goes solid).

Worked for a few hours
Got the app, set up my hot tub, lost connection and was never able to reconnect. I deleted the app and I’m trying one more time.Cptboblo

Verification email??????? Updated!
Updated: I figured I’d try the verification email again and I received an email right away. Seems that they fixed it. I was able to quickly and painlessly setup the wifi on the hot tub to the app. The app works great and all options work perfectly! I now no longer have to walk outside to manually turn the hot tub on and off.
What’s the point of advertising a smart hub on a product that you can’t use? Why even require an email and an account to operate the app? I understand it’s tech control. They get your location, name and all that. If you’re going to do that, maybe send the verification email???? Can’t use any smart function with your products because it requires me to use the app, login to the app, enter an email, and must verify the account with an email that never arrives. I’ve tried multiple email addresses, checked junk, and nothing. This will be interesting on an Amazon review. IF this verification email comes through, the review on this app, as well as the Amazon review could change. If not…….Show lesshollywoodrocker
Simple and yet lacking
We were able to set up the app fairly painless. The basic functionality is there but disappointed in no basic scheduling options for the filter (which needs to be run twice a day at least)
Tried some options in seeing if there was capability of integrating Alexa as I would be able to set up all schedules there.
Basically a good simple app, but please add a proper schedule option (not just for the heater but for filter as well) or the ability to add it as an Alexa skill. Thanks.Show lessbink23
