Should be called Trashi because it’s trash?
After paying somewhere around $260 for six moths of tracking service the app continuously closes and requires re-signing back in. Now I don’t even remember my login info and cannot even view my device,which has since gone MiaGreat for tracking equipment

I wish I would have never ordered this particular brand. It barely tracks anything. It’s updating is terrible. I have to delete the app and download it over and over to get it to work half way. I do not recommend until they do something about it tracking capabilities.Impossible to cancel
Cancellation on the app doesn’t work, you get stuck on a blank screen. You have to message support to cancel. They don’t cancel after you message them, they start calling you, leaving voicemails etc. Oh and look at all those fake 5-star reviews they miraculously received on July 18 🤦♀️Satellite rarely connects.
Sometimes the satellite connects, sometimes it doesn’t. Doesn’t seem to depend on where I am, acts differently at the same locations.
Also doesn’t tell you it can’t find the satellite. You just have to keep checking the app and pressing update. Has take over a full date to update before.Worst tracking device app/system
Cool features that dont work, “Automatic Updates every minute” More like 10-30 minutes. Nonifications come in 5 minutes late, everything about this system is horrible, i just want a refund. Wont even let me submit bug reports.Mobile App Broken
Works well on PC but mobile app not working since before the last update. Frustrating that I pay for a service to have interruptions like this. Am in the process of switching to something more reliable.Too many bugs
It works when it wants to but not always reliable. App crashes too much for a recurring $20 paymentProblems?
I would also give this app 5 stars as it has worked without question for two years. However, as of today I can’t even get the app to open up. I don’t want to delete it and reload everything because I’m sure I do t have all that information at this point. Paying monthly, it should ALWAYS work without question.Not as good as it used to be…
My experience over 3 weeks has seen over 50 glitches a day.
I actually can’t think of a single thing with Tracki that had consistently worked over a 3 week period.
Customer service has contacted me with some pretty exotic explanations.
They also have ignored my requests for a full refund.
It’s unfortunate… because a year ago, they were the best?
