Frustrated passenger
I am finding it increasingly difficult to get a bus early in the morning 6:15-6:30am.
When I can get a bus my pick up has changed making the pick up point much further away, but usually I cannot get a bus as the waiting time is between 15-30 minutes, and invariably I end up walking.
The service up until a few months ago was a lot better so not sure what has changed in this time but you are certainly making it as hard as possible to keep my custom.

Good but needs improvement
Cooee is a great way to travel. I use it almost everyday but there is one problem. The bus I book is always for 30 mins and it takes a really long time.Mello424
Saved my morning
When I missed the train at Schofields station.
This was the best alternative for me to take metro. I only wish it could widen the service area, thanks.chrisjyoon
So convenient and easy to use
When you don’t have to wait for ages and can get to your destination at a reasonable time, Cooee buses are a perfect solution for a crowded area like Schofields where parking at the station is limited.mummaco
New update is really inconvenient....
Cooee has just made a new update which REMOVES the estimated time of arrival until you are already on the bus. How are users meant to know when to cancel and just book an Uber? You may think I am being extreme, bu Cooee is like almost always a 20-40 minute delay... I understand peak hours, and traffic but there has just got to be a better way.... It's really disappointing to see that there has been a downgrade.Show lesskamurii
Convenience for the commuters
Cooee bus is really convenient for the general public commuters who can’t get to a public transport station in their own car. The Cooee bus picks you up from door and drops you off the station. Same lift after work. It saves you time and effort to find a lift yourself and the cost is very low. The only downside is that during the rush hour there may be less services due to high demand. Inconsistent
You need to add more buses. ETA keeps on changing from 4:20 to 5 pm??? been in the bus for a LOOONG time just keep on going around. Drop off also keeps on changing making it too far from my place. Idk what happened but before it wasnt like this at all. Im so disappointed.andie235
