Worst app I have ever used!! Not user friendly at all! Unable to book tripKSAS23

I must hand it to whoever wrote this app. They have surpassed all imagination for the worst possible app that has ever existed.
Booked a ride 5 minutes away? Too bad, we’re going to change it to another ride half an hour away and make you run to catch the one you thought you’d booked! Booked a ride near your residence since all good old buses have now paved the way for this abomination? How about we change it to a random location 3 km away?!
Oh and incidentally, all regular bus routes have mysteriously disappeared since this miracle of technology has disrupted the screw the people market.Show lessCooeeIsAJoke
Useless app.
I forgot my password then the app sent me a new one. I tried at least 10 times with the new password. It just didn’t work! I tried to register a new account then it told me my phone number is already used. Ok. Then what’s the solution for me in this situation? None by this app. End up deleting it. App doesn’t work properly anymore
The app was fantastic and I used to use it all the time. Now the app is not working properly. You can book from home towards a destination but you cannot book the return trip anymore. It’s an app problem, I have called them at least 4 times now and they book the trip over the phone. They keep promising to fix it but don’t.

I used this app before an it worded fine but when I got the update it won’t work. I tried to get it from Tallawong station to My house in the Ponds but it keeps coming up with a bus and it says it will drop me off at schofields then I will have to walk 15 mins when my house is 3 mins away from Tallawong stationShow lessGame Alert
Error keeps coming up and couldn’t use the service
I was trying to use from my home at the ponds to Rouse hill station. but this stupid error keeps coming up to book the bus. It says “We are experiencing very high demand! please try booking again in a few minutes” and It was 6am in the morning. This is not the first time I had this error. I tried several times but no hope so I caught a uber instead and I was late to work! what a bad system error in the busy morning!!!! So frustrating and disappointing!Show lesssky7969
Easy to use and great service
I just used this service to take me from my house to Schofields station and it was the easiest and most pleasant experience.
Once I set up an account which took me about 5 minutes, booking a service through the app was super easy. I walked a short distance to to the pickup location and much like Uber: the app tells you how many minutes away the bus is and even shows you the location of the bus on the map.
The bus was clean and the driver was super friendly. I got to the station about 10 minutes before my train was due to arrive with no hassle, no stress and more importantly no sweat from the walk (which is normally 25-30 minutes).
