If you open the settings page of the app, you can predefine your five workout zones. Give that a shot and let us know!
Total waste of time.
Combined with my Saris M2 trainer yellow knob not “clicking” as advertised when you tighten it against the tyre there is no doubt that I won’t be buying Saris again. Saris need to have a really good look at their products.

I am able to connect via Bluetooth resistance doesn’t change in saris app when using erg mode
When on Zwift fully connected but no resistance when going up hill
Saris customer help now will not return my messages, very disappointed
If only the Bluetooth worked

Hey Doug, That's a new one for us. Did you try going through the troubleshooting page? It should be able to detect whether BT is on, if permissions have been granted, etc. If you are still running into issues, shoot us an email at developer@saris.com and we can work through it with you.

Easy to Use
Lag time in resistance.
I also observe what appear to be incorrect resistance levels, completely out of synchronization with Zwift.
I’ll try to calibrate.
