I’m upset

I had saved up money to buy myself a ps4 console excited to finally have a ps4 console for myself. When it came I was ecstatic to see it had arrived but when I took it out of the packaging and asked my sister for help so she could set it up for me imagine the shock I had when the controller didn’t work at all then she had shown me that the controller didn’t even have the ps4 logo in it but luckily she had a ps4 controller for when she had a ps4 console but then I notice when I did all the setting it up that the charger was faulty and I had to try and put it at an angle for it to work and even doing that sometimes it wouldn’t even charge. Fast forward to a couple month later it started malfunctioning and wouldn’t even turn on when I pressed then button and would freeze and randomly turn off even when I first got it , it was already freezing and I couldn’t do anything which was really upsetting and I didn’t say anything until now cause I didn’t want to offend the app but now my ps4 won’t even turn on and when it does it just freezes and turns off so that’s all and I’m pretty upset.

Back market amazing quality refurbed iphones

I bought not one but 2 iPhones after the processor overheated on my iPhone I bought 2 excellent to premium and both where worth every penny not even minor scratches both where as if it was straight from the box brand new at a fraction of the price !!! I was really surprised at how good they are everyone is happy including myself !! I even traded in my old phone even though it wouldn’t switch on i got an amazing trade in offer to good to refuse . To say im happy is an understatement i cannot recommend back market highly enough easily 5 stars

Broken Phones and Stolen Cases

I purchased my first phone with Backmarket in February 2023, an Iphone 11 pro max. Which when it arrived the silent mode button did not work, and would cause the phone to vibrate uncontrollably. I didn’t get insurance so decided to leave the problem as it didn’t cause any other issues.

After I dropped the phone at a gig in September this year I decided to order a new phone with Backmarket, despite my previous issue. I bought an Iphone 12 in excellent condition with insurance. The phone arrived and worked for all of just over 24 hours, before turning off and being stuck in a boot loop for days on end.

Obviously frustrated I contacted the company and I sent the phone in for repair

I sent the phone off with a case I also ordered with Backmarket, so the phone had less chance of being further damaged in transit. I was told the phone could not be fixed however and was to be given a full refund, including the cost of insurance. However when I asked about my case they said that there was no case included wifh the phone when it came in, and was told it was most likely destroyed.

This problem is not with Backmarket but with fhe company “Best4Tech” who I got the phone from through Backmarket. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I LOVE Back Market

About a year ago I broke my phone and needed a new one. Being a student I didn’t have the money to buy a brand new one. I looked at other refurbishing sites like Apple Refurbished, which honestly isn’t that much of a deal usually. Back Market has some CRAZY deals for amazing products. I took a chance and bought a iPhone 12 in good condition for a fraction of the original price. A year later it’s still working perfectly. When I received it, there were a few very unnoticeable scratches on the back but otherwise it looked brand new. The battery is great and you would never know it was refurbished. Because of my great experience with buying a refurbished iPhone, a couple weeks ago I decided to give a refurbished MacBook a try. I received my Mac book air in TWO days and it is amazing so far! The battery works great, and everything else seems to be normal. At first I was definitely skeptical about refurbished tech, but I can confidently say I will probably never buy a new price of tech again. Back Market is the way to go!!

Don’t purchase in here

First of all, I purchase a phone approximately three weeks ago. After a week someone threw a small amount of water on me, and the phone started to have some technical issues. And when I brought the phone to get checked outside the country because I was on a business trip, the technician said that the reason the phone got into the phone was because the phone was not properly install. When I got back to the country I contacted Back-market via phone, they said that don’t have any solution not to return the phone but to understand what I can do my self regarding the situation. After I spend 750 dollars I brought the phone to be fix to a third party source they said they will fix it for me. My advice is to when purchasing a phone through back market get the warranty because sometime the phone can come damaged. And know I’m hesitate to replace my phone screen that has water damage because I don’t know the future problem it may bring. Unfortunately I’m disappointed with the service and customer service as a new client because of the lack of solution presented to me.

Don’t waste your time.

Traded in my perfectly working PS4 so I could upgrade and I should’ve turned around when they claimed my hdmi port was faulty knowing it wasn’t. $30 off the original offer they claimed, but Game stop offered me less so I stuck with it. So I ordered a PS5 through them since they were giving a $15 discount. Problem number two happens when the shipping date is pushed back then pushed back again. Apparently it was sent through regular USPS instead of UPS like my trade in was. Finally I received my product after a week and a half of shipping to receive a product that appears to have the issue they claimed my PS4 had. Will they fix it or replace it? No. Not even an option. Just return it and we’ll refund your money. Now I’m stuck in limbo with no console trying to replace it because i traded my original one to them. That’s just my personal experience, but things never seemed right with Back Market. Nothing went smoothly. 1. Gave less than what they originally offered 2. Took a few days longer to receive my money from trade. 3. Shipping was hella slow 4. Console didn’t even work. 5. Now I have no console at all.

WEBSITE SELLS STOLEN AND LOST IPHONE 😡

I do not recommend this website, as they are selling stolen and lost devices. That's right, I bought an iPhone 14 Plus 512 GB from this website and when I receive it, it's bad, it activates, it says that my device is registered as stolen or lost. I was shocked by this totally embarrassing situation for Kin, because I went to the active store and they almost called the police on me. the company did nothing to help me or explain what happened, they just said I could return it, I was very sad because I was deceived by the website that sells stolen and lost products and they treated me as if it were something completely normal. I go if I buy a product from this company. Be aware that you could even be arrested for using a product stolen from organized crime. the company doesn't care about its customer and only thinks about money so I decided to give my feedback and I will give it in several places because it is not right to deceive people and sell stolen products at a low price to deceive people. Terrible company, I don't recommend it in any way and don't buy it or you will have serious problems and you could be humiliated and go through embarrassing situations and they will laugh in your face. Don't buy it or you'll go through everything I went through.

Amazing 😊

Honestly, this might be the best app I’ve ever used for refurbished tech I brought an iPhone 11 Pro Max condition that I selected said fair but when this product arrived it looked and worked as it had just come from the Apple Store itself. The product was perfect in complete working order delivery was fast. I will be making my second purchase from this app very very soon. And I will continue to buy all my tech from this place in the future. Thank you very much to the developers of this app and the owners of this company. You’re amazing.

Warrenty

I bought 3 used iPads from this store. What convinced me to buy them was their 1 year warrenty . After 6 months one of the iPads was not charging correctly … it would run out of battery extremely quickly after being charged for hours. So I contacted Back Market & applied to return it, expecting either a repair or a replacement. However I received a very flowery message saying that I had either dropped the iPad & damaged it, water damaged it or tried to open it myself, none of which are true. It did not say which of these very different issues they believed to be the case. The next day I received a message telling me that the iPad had been picked up by a courier & Was being returned to me ….. I am still waiting for the return. I will say that the other 2 iPads are fine, but I am extremely disappointed in BackMarket. I believe that they are happy to sell you a refurbished product , but have no intention of honouring the warranty details that they print all over their website. Buyer Beware!!

AVOID Back Market!!!

AVOID!!! this company for trade-ins. Dealing with Back Market will lead to regret.

After accepting their trade-in offer, I sent my iPad to Back Market on April 6th. Their refurbisher, MusicMagpie, confirmed and approved my payment on April 9th. I expected the payment in my bank account by April 17th, as they guarantee payment within 5/6 business days. However, I'm yet to receive it. I've been waiting since April 17th and have been in constant communication with MusicMagpie and a representative from Back Market, but the issue is still unresolved.

On April 19th, a customer service agent informed me that I would receive a response within two working days. That timeframe has passed. Today, a third Back Market agent told me, “I have contacted the financial/appropriate department and I will come back to you with a solution.” This has been ongoing since April 17th! USELESS COMPANY WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
