We constantly try to improve our app. Please note that as long as you add the order number (6 digits the first which is K) and the email used in the booking, our app will locate your reservation. If the problem persists, please contact us or submit your request through our online form on our website. Even with email it doesn’t (UPDATE)
Very annoying,
UPDATE(weirdly)I went on to my laptop signed in on there then went to app on my mobile and it downloaded immediately!
Think it might need tweaking but try that if trying to get on ur mobile!!
