The customer service is horrible they keep you waiting and they LIE to you without any mercy.
The app is as bad. The chat will disappear and you have to do everything again over and over. And then it will pop out error to sing in.

Gotogate is the worst travel company I’ve ever encountered. They will take your money, then make it nearly impossible to get any help, changes, or refunds. Customer service is rude, unresponsive, and clearly trained to stonewall you rather than actually help.

Scam
They are here for literally doing scams . Didn’t get refund and when we go through customer service they transferred me to 8 different people for around 2 hours and dropped the phone. That kept happening for more than 3/4 times . Lost my money, time and may sisters marriage due to them
Worst company ever
Made a booking for 6 people including children, after I paid the confirmation sent was for a different flight to the same destination with a 9 hour connection. I booked my flight with 1.5hour connection. Had to go around in circles to get them to fix it, finally as I knew someone at the airline, I managed to get them to force GTG to fix my flights. Even then they took off my baggage allowance and I ended up paying an extra £700 for 4 bags. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DON’T waste your hard earned money with this company!! I was lucky, there are many others who lost their money. Read all online reviews about them and their associated companies like etraveli group.

They USE the app to steal money
These people are thieves, they stole $523 from me, they did not refunded my ticket even thought they assure me they will do it. I called 23 times and open 15 tickets, and they keep telling that I’ll get my money in 5 days, and after 3 months they close the case and that’s it. I have to cancel my Turkis airline flight because they made a schedule change, and Gotogate never asked the airline for the refund in order to keep the commission and my money, do not not use them, they are a scam.

I booked the tickets for my wedding 15 days ahead and now 4 days left they cancelled my tickets when im calling they said airline cancelled it it means they don’t have control of the tickets at all now even if i want my refund it’s gonna take me 15 days and i don’t have any money to book another ticket
I am telling you people don’t use this app at all it’s just a scam they’re wasting people time and money the well just say at the end it’s our policy

Money scammers, if they respond here to show their clients that they care but in real they just want your money.
I will never deal with them again.
I lost $1200 with them without any compensation.
What they charged is way more than what the airlines did.
You start with a fee and you end up with a different amount which is way more than your expectations and by The end of the day they say it was your choice and you agreed on that.
