An easy to follow app that takes out the need of paperwork and allows you to amend your booking on the go.
Worst experience
I bought flexible tickets and paid $200 extra for each tickets. because my return flight was not on a specific date. I booked 2 tickets, When I called and ask them to adjust my return date one week ahead of my flight. they ask me to pay $2200 per ticket extra to change my flight date despite I bought flexible tickets. Their agents are also very rude and have no sense of humour. I don’t recommend this to anybody and I will never use this for future bookings. Very disappointed! This is just a heads up for the people who is using it for the first time. There are a lot more reliable websites. This one is definitely not a good one. Just move on and do yourself a favour! And thank me later! Stay awayyyy from these scammers!

The worst booking app ever!!!
They will sell you a ticket with self transfer as “guaranteed “ then you end up STRANDED at a random airport for three days and you have to PAY AGAIN to fly yourself and your daughter back home on top of that they will tell you it’s your FAULT for missing the flight that they didn’t give you enough time to transfer from one terminal to another. FORGOT TO MENTION THAT I COULD NOT CHECKIN ONLINE ahead of time due to “TECHNICAL ERRORS “ which makes everything much worse!!!!
Save yourself and your money by booking your flights with a real booking agency or directly from the airline..

Terrible online check in process. Cancelled flight on the day & refused to give refund price until after cancelling. It’s been a week and still no refund!!! App just has an AI chat that offers no support or option to speak to a human.

Check-in support needs improvement
While the booking experience with GoToGate was pretty good, the app is quite frustrating when actually attempting to check in. It doesn’t seem to show any of the relevant information to retrieve the booking on the airline’s website or use the self check-in counters at the airport, requiring assistance from airline service staff to enable a check-in. We were fortunate to be at the airport early for our flight otherwise it could have been worse!

Frustrating experience with go go gate
I recently booked an air ticket with Gogo Gate for a flight from Dubai to Sydney and back. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing. The first red flag arose when I noticed that they had misspelled my name on the ticket. Despite contacting their customer service multiple times to rectify this error, they failed to provide a satisfactory solution. This oversight caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty about whether I would encounter issues during check-in and boarding. To compound matters, when I requested a refund due to their mistake and the ensuing inconvenience, Gogo Gate displayed a complete lack of empathy and accountability. They refused to provide me with the credits I rightfully deserved, leaving me out of pocket and deeply dissatisfied with their service. Overall, my experience with Gogo Gate has been marred by incompetence and a disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against using their services, as they have demonstrated a glaring inability to fulfill even the most basic expectations of accuracy and customer support.
