Deleted card
This app was working fine until I had to transfer a card to another device. I had 4 cards in total and I transferred ONLY 1, and it deleted one card off the main device which left me with 2 left WHEN I SHOULD HAVE 3 left. There is no direct customer support open right now and this is now ruining my trip here. This is ridiculous. GET the physical card to make sure you don’t run into any issues.Show lessMissing trains because the app takes too long to load the ticket
The app needs a more reliable way of producing tickets for the metro. I’m missing the trains because it takes so long to load!
Update: This card has been more of an inconvenience than anything. I wish I would have never bought it and just paid tap-to-pay on everything. It would have been more convenient and cheaper.
