  • Wonderful

I can’t say enough good things about this app which is full of guided meditations. Calming, rejuvenating, inspiring. They are doing great work at UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center. Thank you for making the app accessible to all!
  • Comment on Vietnamese

I appreciate your efforts to guide the meditation in many languages. I really enjoy the English ones. However, since I am also in listening to Vietnamese. The voice is very nice, and there’s one thing that need to be improved. Could you please work on the pausing point for every sentence? It’d be better if you work with a native speaker, they’d show you how to pause correctly so that listeners would follow the instructions easily. Looking forward to hearing improved guided meditation.

  • Good app

Great app! Minor glitches in this current version. The 2 minor bugs are that the back button disappear if you close the app on the search podcast tab and the search in previous podcast is very slow to respond.
  • Useful and totally free

I’ve used the guided meditations in this app and love them. There’s a few choices of varying lengths, and unlike other meditation apps, this one is FREE to use. It has guided meditations in several languages, including ASL.
  • Comfortable

This app is comprehensive but uncomplicated. I especially like the podcasts which are relatable, informative and actually help me remember I am not alone with my worries and troubles. Self-learning meditation is so much easier with this particular app and less daunting and time consuming, than weeding through the internet. It is formatted in such a way that it does feel more personal and tailored than I would have expected.

  • Helpful Content but buggy

The content is nice, but the ux is not ideal. The custom timer is doesn’t work as intended fur example.
  • Great app - need offline access

Hi there, thanks for making a great free meditation app! You made me proud to be a UCLA alumni.

I’m using it everyday in my commute to be more mindful. Can you please make it work offline too? The signal is often choppy out here, and this results in slow buffering.

It will also save server hosting cost for UCLA because we don’t need to download the audio files every time we access it.

Thanks and may this quick fix ease suffering for others in the same predicament too.

  • Ding!

good app just some suggestions, can remove the ding at the end? seems counter productive to have a loud ding at the end of some of the tracks? can’t rewind incrementally either must start over. other than that pretty helpful
  • Love this app

I love this app but when I bought a few phone it did not transfer over. Now I cannot download it.
    😕
  • Simple, helpful and free!

Not a lot of distracting bells and whistles, just a nice selection of shortish guided meditations to help you establish your own practice, or to support your home practice while taking a meditation course. Thank you!
