Garbage app, below average product, don’t buy!
The cooler drawer fan makes too much noise so I need to turn it off. Need the app for that. The app can’t connect to the tables when it does it’s just dumb luck. Don’t use the Bluetooth speakers because the audio is not great and the second you get in range it connects even if you are connected to an other device at the time. So basically it’s a very heavy, power bar with a night light. The back light is only for mood setting. The drawers are ok. The slot for the laptop or books is a nice design feature. This app used to work….
I’ve had my 2 tables for about 5 years now. Love them. But the app gave me extra functions with the table i can no longer enjoy. I’ve tried it w 5 and 2.4 and it absolutely will not connect. It’s very frustrating and i just miss having all the functions. Wish they would update the appJim22782
Terrible app, no support
Is this company still alive? No customer service, Table doesn’t connect to any wifi. You would assume for such an expensive table they could afford an engineer and a CR rep. Don’t bother with downloading the app, Table won’t work.ZerinaX
Sobro doesn’t care
I tried contacting support several times. There is no support. Now I have two expensive side tables that function worse that a cheap one from wal-mart… the drawers in those would at least be bigger…Adam Garrison
Worst user experience ever
The side table is a great concept. But this app and the way you connect to and configure the table is terrible and needlessly overly complicated. You have to turn on the wifi in the table, connect your phone to the table, then connect back to your home wifi, but then when you try to use the app it still tells you it can’t connect to the table. And the white light keeps coming on and blinking and there seems to be no way to stop it.Show lessSpock
Table in useable due to soo
The table no longer connects to the app and you are unable to change led lights and motion sensor settings. The app hasn’t been updated and needs to be for the newer iPhonesTprmcdonald

The app suddenly doesn’t work!
I’ve had my side table for years, and the app treated me well—until, suddenly, yesterday. The table’s front light was flashing, and the app was no longer in control of the table’s functions. I tried about a billion times to reconnect, but I was never successful. The app says I’m not connected to my network, but I am. I have no idea what actually changed. My personal set-up hasn’t. Bah.
