write back solutions please
I am have some bluetooth problems. I do not have the option to connect to my led lights from my iphone. On my old phone the connection to bluetooth was perfect and i used the app everyday but when i switched phones it wouldn’t connect. please let me know if there is any solution to this. Thank youcarterhudson
Works well but could use some new color switches
It works great but could you guys please add a way to choose what specific colors you want to switch if that is not possible could you just release an Orange to Purple fade in time for spooky season, it would be much appreciateddonnie28281
Good app but there’s a HUGE problem
I downloaded the app and got my lights. But then I realize I never gave it microphone access and it’s listening to me as I speak. Even if I shut down the app and turn off my phone it’s still listening to me. I’m honestly worried about this feature because when you go to settings it never says there is anything about giving it permission to listen to you. I wouldn’t recommended this. Honestly I like the lights they are pretty good but I’m just very creeped out by this.Poop4msm
Lights not very responsive to app
The “classic” mic setting does not really listen to the music it seems.... or rather, the mic sensitivity does not change with the dial on the app. Sometimes works, usually not. Furthermore, if you adjust sensitivity or settings like that, they do not stay changed for long. Next, music mode is cool... but it only shows individual songs in my playlist, not albums.. which Is why I use the dysfunctional mic mode instead. Please fix!Crappyooo
Lights are great, but...
The app is half functioning. The schedule feature does not work whatsoever. The music feature does not allow you to use your own music, and the mic feature will give you a seizure. What would be great is to add a speed function to the mic feature so I can at least control how quickly it switches to a different color or just let me choose a single color that turns on every time it responds to sound like how other apps would. Again lights work and are great, but not so much the app unfortunately.Shrinks :p
Good but not good
These led lights work great the lighting is good you can dim it and brighten it but I think I messed it up cause I was looking around in the app and changed the pin sequence and now it’s all weird so if you get this app just don’t change the pin sequence cause it messes things up if anyone could help me that would be nice I’m also confused on how the remote works cause whenever I hit a color it goes to a completely different color but then again it’s cause I did something to the pin sequence, but before I did something to the pin sequence it worked fine057ch

I just got these lights today. I did have a couple problems tho. First, the remote wasn’t working as well some of the buttons weren’t working and the music and mic feature didn’t quite work. They were great to set up and it was easy to do, but when i was trying to connect the music it was working neither was the mic. However the colors on the lights are great.MadaileinG
The Music sync feature...
I think these lights are really cool and worth it but my only issue is the music feature. It is terrible it’s the same thing for every song. I know it’s hard to sync but for the songs that come with it it’s all just the same. I think the Music sync feature definitely needs some work to make it well sync better. It feels like it’s there bc people want it there but they didn’t want to put too much effort into it. Also the songs sound like they were all recorded in an elevator.. just why? Why do they sound so bad? Other than that it’s a decent app and decent lights.Bryconator
Music is disappointing
I love the lights and the easiness of the app. Unfortunately, the whole “play your own music and the lights will flicker to the beat” doesnt happen. The only music that works with it is the weird songs off the app. I’m very disappointed I can’t play music off my own device and get the same results as their songs. Hopefully they can fix that further on because it’s so unclear and absent really. On the bright side, the lights are fantastic and the color options off the app are fun!HazeGrace23
Great lights, Bad app
I just bought these lights yesterday and they work perfectly I have no issues with them what so ever even when leaving them on all through the night! The only reason why I’m giving this app one star is because it doesn’t connect to my lights at all! The mic feature, color changer, dimming and everything else works great it’s just the app. I turned my Bluetooth on to connect to the lights, it connected but it nothing was happening so I just chose to delete the app and stick with the remote. So if you want to buy these lights please do so because they work great for me. But I wouldn’t recommended this app.🙂CRaquel14-15
