These LED lights are way better than what people are saying. Now it could be different for everyone being the fact that they’re purchased online, so you may get a good or a bad set. For me, they’ve been great! However, I didn’t give it a 5-star rating because the Music option is really odd. When I first connected the app to my lights, it connected very fast and the lights itself and all the other cool options that are there worked perfect, but the music only connected some songs. For example, It has some by The Beach Boys, Eminem and Foster the People, but there’s MANY more songs I have on Apple Music that don’t work on there. With the songs that actually work on it, the lights flashed in sync really cool! It was like I had my own rave in my bedroom! And if any of you who are planning on buying these and own a speaker to play your music with the lights, yes: you are able to connect to both your speaker and the lights through Bluetooth at the same time. Honestly, these lights are awesome and I definitely recommend buying them!
I did expect more for the price, but they function well with just the remote. The issue with the lights is this app. The microphone will register a cough but not nearby music playing, and i have to delete and reinstall the app every time i want my first and second strips to go on/off and change color together through the app.
To be honest I have found some trouble that most of these reviews is saying but all y’all gotta do is close the app & open again 💯 either that or disconnect & re connect again, thennn close & open. It worked for me just needs more style to be honest. Definitely more style.
These lights are pretty decent although I was expecting them to way better based on the price on them. The first thing I noticed about these lights is that the orange/yellow light features are poor quality although the rest of colors are pretty good. Moving on towards music function, I was disappointed to find out that the music function was not compatible with other music apps really wish this was not the case as you guys do have a decent product. Hopefully this can be updated. Another thing I disliked about this product is that although you are able to use the microphone function to bypass the music function the synchronizing between the music and microphone is a let down there doesn’t really seem to be any type of pattern between types of
rhythm(slow or fast pace beat). Overall I believe the led lights and app are decent the two main attractions to this product were bit of a let down and misleading but other than that they were decent. if worked on they can be great, really wish you update app soon.
I bought these and I wasn’t expecting much but they actually worked very well but the down fall was the music but I found out I can just hit microphone and play my music and it works
I paid extra for these lights due to my belief they would have these two distinct features. They are a complete rip off, microphone button is legit just a page and the music feature I wouldn’t call a feature at all if you’re using presets for some random Christmas song. Two stars because of the actual functionality of the app with everything else. It does its job but lying to sell is something I’m annoyed with.
This app works great, it does everything I want it to do. The only problem I have with it is that the music function is trash, but you can get around that by playing music into the microphone which works great. I wish you could have multiple times in which you could turn on or off your lights. Other than that it’s a great app.
Okay so this app is pretty good but the music feature is a literal joke. Like it’s just like 10 songs that I’ve never heard of and they have terrible quality. I thought I could play my music. I use sound cloud and there’s no way getting any of my songs from there to the app. And again I have no idea what the songs that came pre loaded in to the app even are, so if you came for that feature it’s a bust
The lights are good for their price, and better than the alternative I was looking at before because I can use my phone for them. The music and microphone parts are a little odd and don’t seem to have a particular theme with them; it just seems like they’re flashing randomly, but that’s not really what I need/use them for anyway. The only issue I have with the app is that part of the bottom is cut off by the tabs. I can still use it, but I can’t fully see everything that is available because I can’t scroll all the way down. Otherwise the app works just fine and I’m happy I got it and the lights.
It’s easy to adjust the light and connect my phone, but I can’t see the whole screen and I can’t use the mic feature because I can’t change the sensitivity. Also... my lights keep turning on at some point at night for some reason even though I turned off the schedule thing??? Idk if that’s just me but please fix the screen?
