  • Great for the older athletes

    Getting to an age where stretching and recovery are becoming more routine then lifting. This app is a perfect mix of strength and recovery. If you are an older athlete I highly recommend this app. I really enjoy the minimalist videos with the perfect narration through the entire routine. Easy to navigate and it has a great bank of yoga strength and recovery routines. The cost might be steep for some however I look at it as a membership to a yoga studio and these instructors should be paid for the effort they put into this app.

  • This is worth every minute

    Honestly, I never was able to get into mediation or yoga until I got this app. They hold your hand all the way through, with practice and time you get better and the lifestyle has changed my life. I can see the beauty in the madness due to yoga and meditation techniques to help me find mental clarity. I have developed a morning and nighttime routine incorporating these habits. If you’re looking for an app that works and adds pretty often(I’ve done so many I wish they added more!) okay I need to go meditate. Hope this guides you in your new journey!

  • SCAM hard to cancel subscription

    I always bought and canceled my subscription at the same time so in the next year if I think it’s useful I buy another year. Yet I still got auto subscription and money deducted. I never received reminder email about oncoming bill as they claimed. I reached out to the customer service, and they requested evidence about the cancellation, the problem is you won’t get email when cancel either. The cherry on top of the cake is that their courses are so bad as well and not being updated once during the last year. AVOID THIS APP!!!

  • Transformed back pain and flexibility issues

    Very good app for all levels. With a huge selection of individual workouts or complete courses.
    Possibly the best app I have for improving overall physical health.
    Back and neck pain is always better when I’m able to get the workouts in.
  • Targeted mainly at men

    I’ve used other yoga apps. This is the most rewarding as it seems to be targeted at men. Workouts are challenging and hard work. Nice choice of sessions short and long. Nice work would recommend.

  • Yoga without the woo woo part

    Great for strength, recovery and mobility. Challenging. Masculine. Focused on fitness rather than spiritual aspect of yoga. Love it.

  • Simple, elegant, challenging

    This app is truly a breath of fresh air. It’s focused, leaves out all the contrived fluff often associated with yoga, breath work, meditation.

    Be ready though. It’s not kidding when it says it’s for athletes. Even the beginner material is challenging if this is your first foray into Yoga or are just generally starting with a weaker core and limbs. However, I still HIGHLY recommend for any level (total rookie myself) because at no point does my weakness feel discouraging.

    The detached and modest nature of every exercise—from the narration to the athletes’ attire and background etc—provides a detached and stoic experience that lets you focus on what you’re feeling and how to improve…

    …and less on how obviously wicked strong the demonstrators are.

    The pose coach is pretty cool too…

  • Visibly Stronger and much more Flexible

    I have been using the app constantly since April of 2020. This now how I begin my day each morning. At 63 years old I was skeptical never having done any form of yoga before but I found the programs clear and easy to follow. At 67 now I have never been in such great shape in both body and mind. I highly recommend the app. It’s never too late to learn something new.
