  • Great but needs some longer sessions

    Really good. Well guided for someone who’s just starting out: only thing I would say is it would be nice to have some longer programs/sessions - maybe 45-1hr.
  • Enjoying the app

    I’m 29 and have been lifting for the last eleven years. For the past few years I’ve been starting to feel more stiff and ache after a hard training day. I decided to get into yoga to help with this issue. I first started with yoga studio and enjoyed it. From there I wanted something that could also help build some strength and found this app. I’ve had it for three weeks and have really enjoyed it. I have found that my hips, wrists, lower back, and shoulders have felt better from doing this three times a week. I would recommend this app for anyone who has similar issues and would like something to prevent injury as well as maintaining/gaining strength.

    Hi hfritzk, thanks for the nice review. I just read it out loud to the whole product team and everyone says "thank you". This is really inspiring. Keep working on your mobility. A nice morning routine, a good pre-workout mobility and post-workout yoga stretching session work wonders. And there is even studies showing that e.g. your deadlift numbers will increase from yoga. See you on the mat!
  • What I needed

    The exercises/poses are great and you can feel them working. My only concern is that sometimes the coaching and the model aren’t synced so you could be a beat behind but other than that, I think this is money well spent

    Easy to use, easy to follow and understand videos, able to customise to whatever your ability. Looking forward to my next workout already.
  • Great App! Very clear instructions

    I just did my first workout on Skill Yoga, I like it so far. The instructions are very clear, which is always a struggle with yoga apps since there are so many intricacies to each pose. I’m looking forward to using the app more!
