  • Great start!

    Really love these yoga sessions. Good mix of skills mobility and flexibility. Gave it 4 stars because you can tell the app is new and it isn’t quite as customizable as you might like. Only 30 minute workouts so it’s best used as a supplement to other athletic training, not a replacement. Still I’ve moved through a bunch of different programs and it’s helped a lot with my overall health, especially now with less to do during quarantine.

  • Accessible and enjoyable.

    I have always wanted to focus on health and fitness in a more wholistic way. This app has allowed me to begin my yoga journey in a way that is accessible and enjoyable. The pace is good and keeps me interested, and the sequence of information is always engaging.
  • I guess not for beginners

    I have done yoga for a few years on and off so I really wanted an app that would help me devote to my yoga journey, so I decided to try this one out. As I started to use it I really enjoyed it but then realized that they only have 5 beginner videos in the beginners program. Once I finished the beginners program the app prompted me to repeat it. The videos were good, but how can I progress in my yoga journey if I can only practice with those 5 videos and every program after this has a functionality level of advanced and expert. Not even intermediate classes. Don’t really understand how this would work but I guess it’s not meant for beginners? Or really not sure what to make of this. I really wanted to like this app, but don’t feel like I can progress properly by repeating the same 5 beginner classes and then suddenly jump to an advanced class.

    Hey, thanks for your message. The "Advanced" classes are not as advanced as you probably expected. They could also be renamed to "Intermediate". If you e.g. try out the Strength Foundations OR Mobility Foundations program, you'll probably really like them. We see the best progress when people repeat the Beginner Program, that's why the algorithm recommends doing so for beginners, based on your feedback to the first round.   • Love it so far...

    I’ve been using the app almost daily for about a month. My only hope is that as time grows so will the class library, not that I’ve mastered what’s offered but I’m excited to see more. Classes are well broken down for beginners and challenging enough for experts.
  • Yoga Beginner in lockdown

    This has been a great toolkit offering instructional (while educating!) classes that have been working my core and increasing my mobility. It’s been a week and already seeing some improvements with my mobility!

    Really great for people starting to practice yoga for the first time, and I’ve seen there are plenty of advanced classes further down the line. I look forward to the challenge in reaching them!

  • Awesome

    Been using it almost everyday for 2 months and already considerably more flexible. If you’ve never done yoga prior to this, like myself, it’s difficult but if you just keep practicing, you will see major improvement!
  • What I needed

    This is exactly what I need. A yoga app that just gives me a routine to follow, and the classes aren’t too long. This app gives you a routine based on what you want and you just a have to follow it. Classes are like 25-30 mins. Perfect way to start the day!

    It’s gotta a nice layout and UI too. Very sleek, the videos never lag, very solid app functionally and has great yoga content.

  • Great for athletes and everyone!

    As a powerlifter and former athlete; I knew i needed to increase my flexibility. Finding a yoga studio that focuses on flexibility has been very difficult.

    I didn't want to do all these fancy “styles” of yoga that don't benefit me.

    This app is exactly what I was looking for. Simple instructions that is helping me increase my range of motion!

  • Fun and good

    Excellent exercise Great flow very fun and challenging but the video is one shot one angle and the voice over is faster then the video so if your new it’s kind of irritating. The voice over is a nice voice but inconsistent in the times
