Crashes at the registration process + service is terriblle

Few things:

1. The app crashes at the entrance, the screen goes blank when I try to activate digital mobile key.

2. I called moey! telephone service for help amd although the person asking to press 0 for English, you wait approx 20mins and a Portuguese person picks up saying that they dont know English. This happened 3 times as I was doubting myself if I presed the i correct buttons. Why even have the possibility to press for English when the service is fully in Portuguese?

3. You realky need to improve with what documents you register for the app. Allowing only Portuguese ID card is incredibly limiting and although I went to great lenghts to be able to regoster, the app then crashes.

Incredibly disappointing experience.

What a Joke

This app did not work for me and the bank was never able to fix it. Do not recommend, use another bank.

Light mode needs to make its return

Muito potencial, péssimo serviço de apoio ao cliente

Rezem para nunca precisarem do apoio ao cliente da moey! Do pior que já vi.
Não resolvem os problemas, sempre a repetir as mesmas questões\pseudo soluções e nem se dignam a responder ao que o cliente realmente solicitou.
Uma vergonha.

Porque removeram carregamento via cartão?

Gosto bastante da app: 100% digital, mbway etc.

Reparei que removeram a opção de adicionar fundos através de cartão, que é a mais cómoda : porque a Removeram?

Olá! Podes reforçar a tua conta através de transferência por IBAN, transferência moey! ou MB WAY. Podes ainda domiciliar o teu ordenado na moey! para que os teus rendimentos entrem diretamente na tua conta.

Ao banco mínimo

Este uma aplicação . Há muitos coises não consegue fazer tipo depositar de cheque ou notas.

Resident need not apply

Moey’s verification process only accepts Portuguese Citizen Cards. Even if you’re a resident with a Residence Card you can’t open an account with them.

Chavel Movel with Passport doesn’t work!!

As of 10/11/2022 it says on the Moey website forgein clients can setup a Moey account using chavel movel and their passport. When trying to setup the app fails. Having called their customer service I was told you can now only setup an account with a Portuguese citizen card, not even a residency card!! This is worse than a year ago. What a shambles.
