Ride
This is the best company ever to have here in Austin for people who don’t have car to get aroundDo not recommend if you’re on a time limit
My son had been waiting for a ride from school for 2 hours! 2 whole hours! The time keeps going up & down and he’s watching the bus go everywhere except to him. Totally unacceptableExcellent ride
Wish the pick up zone be updated up to Cheyenne street.Yes
It really good for getting to places and to your houseGreat service Great Drivers
It’s a great service saves you lots of money Great Friendly drivers- using this service for years - Thank You PickupAmazing Service for a Decent Price
My mother and I have found ourselves in a position without a car. While there are plenty of apps and services for delivery, there was still the question of getting to work. Lyft can be expensive, so my aunt recommended this app to us and it has been a godsend. Being able to get to work, along with other places that we need to go to, is so helpful, and it’s not expensive to get there. The service isn’t perfect; sometimes we have to wait, or our driver is held up and we’re rescheduled. But it’s all little things that make the bigger act if the service worth it. The drivers have all been amiable and kind, offering good conversation before or after work. If you have the service in your zone, use it. It’s very much worth it.Show lessconvenient service
This sounds really convenient especially since I am blind. It would be nice if y'all added the Pleasant Valley or Riverside area so I wouldn't have to spend big bucks just to run errands. I'm not sure why that's not a part of the service zones. I had to spend $33 on Lyft rides in one day just to run errands. In total, I spent $63 on Lyft rides in one month, and that's not including tips. As a blind person who lives on a low income, it would be greatly appreciated if Capital Metro could add my area to the service zones. It would save a blind college student a lot of money.Show lessThe app is awful
When the app is out, nobody answers the phone and nobody can help you with your app. When it’s their fault the app is not working correctly. Nobody can help you and nobody returns emails. Nobody returns calls and a lot of us depend on public transportation.convenient service

This needs to be offered to more areas! This would be a great way to get people interested in public transportation.
