This app is excellent. It is easy to use and gave a number of potential locations so I was able to choose the most convenient one. A lot of the locations are hotels which meant they are easy to locate, secure and have staff available for drop off and collection. Will definitely be using this app in the future.
Just beware that advert says from £4.99 but then a service fee and guarantee fee are added so cost is actually £6.98. I think a bit more transparency around the pricing would be appreciated. That said an excellent service, highly recommended.Show lessSlothy67

Would be wary of using. Pretty bad experience using the app - made a booking which took my money but then never appeared in the app. The support and faq pages then load blank pages so had to google to find out how to get in touch. Did eventually get confirmation of booking after about 15-20 mins total faff. No apology or anything from the support team.Show lessSamNWL

I booked for Elita car rental location near LAX and the location did not know anything about Stasher or storing luggage. I also called another location on the list, Jays Rental in Venice beach and they would store luggage but were not affiliated with stasher and said you pay in person.May729E

Great experience with Stasher - super simple to set up, and lots of different locations available for bag drop (in close proximity to the station crucially). They also seem to have good security with insurance included in the baseline cost of bag storage, which I think is very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again!!Show lessBeccy M
Smooth experience
I don’t normally leave reviews but figured I should here since I was originally skeptical due to the low number of reviews on this app. My experience with Stasher in San Diego was quick and easy with no issues. I liked that the app didn’t try to hide what the location was before you booked — the location near me was a hotel and I was able to call and verify that they did have a partnership with Stasher. This was better than other apps I was looking at which did not disclose the actual location until after you booked — those other ones felt a bit sketchy to me. I booked my spots with the Stasher app, arrived at the hotel, and dropped my bags off within 5 minutes after they checked my ID. I was able to pick them up a few hours later and felt that they were secure while I was gone. Overall very happy with Stasher, despite some initial skepticism — will definitely use them again!Show lessDan Kieffer

When I arrived to my spot, there was no one there and no way to enter the building even though it was supposedly open 24/7. When I called customer service I was hung up on. I had to find alternate storage.did uh bb or in js
