Great App & Customer Service

I use faces to book appointments and order products, and they don’t take a big % off like some booking apps do. my business wouldn’t as efficient if it wasn’t for faces. The customer service is always quick to respond, i recently dealt with Carren and she was quick to resolve my issue on the bank holiday weekend

Has everything you need!

This is an amazing app for prescribers and practitioners! It has everything you need all in one place. Also, to contact the support team, it is very easy and they are always very helpful, polite; whilst managing to resolve the issues quickly. Another thing I love is that they always follow up with you after, to ensure everything is ok! Would definitely recommend

Fantastic Support

Spoke with Elle today who was very knowledgeable and helpful with regards to setting up the finance for my clients. What an amazing option for our clients. It’s SO simple and the best part is, there is no risk to us as practitioners! We still get paid and they have the finance with our clients making it easier for them to also pay for their treatment. It’s a win win in my eyes!! Thanks again Elle. ❤️❤️

Amazing app

I discovered this app a while ago and I love it! It is of great help with consent forms, aftercare, booking reminders, also for making bookings and payment plans. I recently had a conversation with Elle, my account manager, and she explained to me in more depth how to get the most out of this app, she was lovely and very helpful. Thanks a lot ! 😊

Brilliant!

I started using the faces app, and I must say it has made my life so much easier. The app is user-friendly and intuitive, making the ordering process a breeze.

One of the things I love about this app is the wide variety of pharmacies.

Customer service through the app has been excellent as well. Any issues or questions I've had were promptly addressed by the support team, ensuring a smooth ordering experience every time.

The best app for new businesses

Faces is such a great app to help run your business! Everything is so well thought out, you can send out consent forms and medical forms for clients to fill in and you get notified as soon as they’ve done it. You can then order everything through the faces app and attach all the forms.
The calendar helps you keep track of all the appointments and it’s so easy to use.
Also the team are super friendly and helpful especially Carren, thank you!

App features

The App features are so easy to use, I especially like that you can filter through different sellers for products and how everything is under different sub titles. Makes navigating through the app that much easier. Elle also made the finance options for clients much easier to understand and explained thoroughly how it works and how to go about it with said clients. It’s a lot more easier to grasp now I’ve spoke with Elle.

New to the app but very easy set up and great customer services

I am new to faces, but I have found it super easy to set up so far. Customer services are great, they got back to me very quickly when I had a query, and Yeng has been very helpful with the up pharmacy application. I am very happy that I discovered this app and would highly recommend.

Such a good app

This app has literally been a game changer for my business. I use it for consent forms, booking system and finance at the moment but there’s so many other features I haven’t got around to implementing yet. I never have to worry about paying for a booking system, a webstore front or paper consent forms - it’s all there and costs nothing to use, only a small fee per booking transaction (same as any other!) amazing can’t fault.

The holy grail for aesthetic practitioners!

I’ve been using Faces Consent for a couple of years now and I couldn’t be without it, having a busy schedule means all the clients consent and medical forms are easy to reach and also confidential. The pharmacy has amazing and helpful prescribers and super quick delivery. My clients love the pay later option too. The best app for aesthetics.
