Reliable and efficient

Fantastic app with everything an Aesthetic Practitioner needs and all in one place. Saves so much time being able to email consent forms prior to clients appointments so I can spend more time with them when they’re in the clinic. Automated sending of aftercare forms is another time saver. Highly recommend.

Easy to use System

Faces is a great APP. Not only are your clients protected by GDPR but it is simple to use, easy to navigate and make working across several clinics very easy. I have tried other software but found them to be quite difficult to navigate. I love the fact that you can attach patients photos to their notes and keep a visual record of your care. I also enjoy the fact that I can amend any consent form to meet my needs. I can email clients at the touch of a button and quickly look at consent forms. One downside for me it that I cannot link it to my GMail reviews so all my patient reviews are only seen by faces and not transferable which is a shame. That said I would recommend this app for both medical and non-medical health care workers

Great all round App

The UI on mobile devices could be improved there is no question. If you want to update/customise forms it’s a laptop/desktop PC job, but for ease of use getting forms completed and signed with the customer on the spot with information about what you did, colour choices etc (for example) this really is worth using.
There’s so much you can do that it’s definitely worth it as a go to app for small practices. Would recommend to anyone.

Love this app and the support is just bespoke!

I can’t fault this app. I was introduced to it by Holly. I think it’s absolutely fantastic. Everything is there at a click of a button. Everything is there and if you need help the team can’t do enough. Leslie has helped me enormously today. Thank you FACES consent for putting this together 🙏🏼💕

Amazing customer service by Lester

Wasn’t sure how to use the app at first but was contacted directly by Faces on WhatsApp to receive a phone call for a step by step tutorial. I have been speaking to Lester on the phone at every point of contact. Lester has been amazing! Thank you so much for the help! I now know how to easily use the app!

Amazing experience

I am a newly qualified in aesthetics and I have been using the Faces app for my consultation forms and have just signed up to use the prescription feature. I received a call today from a lovely lady called Holly who helped explain how to use the features on the app! She was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions! I recommend using Faces as I have had such a good experience and feel more at ease knowing that they are there to help!! X

My experience of the app has been great. Very easy to navigate and great supports from the faces team (especially Carren). Having close contact with them on WhatsApp allows for easy resolving of any issues or questions! The app itself is great, being able to send consent forms and having everything in one place is so handy for a business! 🙌🏼

Life Changing

This app offers everything you need and more. Holly has been amazing... Her support has been instrumental in me using Faces as I don't like change. It is so easy to use and the prescribers are super efficient and cheaper than my previous prescriber with everything at the touch of a button. I highly recommend Faces.

I absolutely recommend this app! It is so simple to use and the general flow is amazing!
Beginners shouldn’t be afraid of getting into this app and playing around with ALL the functions, you can’t break it! 😂
I am running my entire booking, consents, aftercare, prescriptions and ordering with my pharmacies with it!
It’s tracking and reporting my business and I don’t think I could keep things as organised without it!!
