Don’t use this service
A cleaner damaged my hardwood floors, and Cleanster promised three hours of cleaning as compensation. The code they provided didn’t work and now they have stopped responding to my emails
Some of the worst cleaners
I had some of the worst cleaners on this platform and they costed me 30 per hour. They also wouldn’t refund money to my account and instead gave me coupons
Another thing was the lack of support and the amount of 3rd party cleaners they sent to my house. They say there were vetted but that’s not the case

Cleaner No Showed, Still Charged
Do NOT use this company. They have bots handling everything, so there was no one to help when the cleaner no showed. The app continued to find a new cleaner hours later, even though I sent message after message that I just wanted a refund. Eventually, some poor cleaning progressional showed up 4 hours later, because again there was no way to stop the app. I have picture evidence of the numerous times I tried to contact them, and I still have not received a response AND they still have my money.

DONT DO IT
Customer service is horrible and cleaners sometimes do not show up. Some cleaners mark the job as done so they get paid - but they never even show up.
Faye (a lady who manages it) is a terrible staff member. She takes days to reply and never ever takes inquiries seriously. I have lost a lot of money on this app and it has gotten me bad reviews.

Time saver
This is a real time saver. I was so tired of managing cleaning and getting someone to come on time. It was always a double trouble to ensure that someone will come before the guests. You definitely don’t want your cleaner to do in front of your customers.
With Cleanster it is all automated now. I almost forgot that this issue existed. I just connected it to my AirBnb and it tracks all checkouts automatically. Why I didn’t know this service before. It could save me a tons of reviews and paying extras to clean it on time.

Top notch job
Had Neba clean my house today. Did a great job!
Okay. But still not what I’m looking for
I need an app that will show me a calendar view of my cleanings and allow my cleaners to edit which days they can clean with automated integration with my Airbnb calendar. I like that you can assign teams but this app is difficult to navigate and doesn’t provide the features I thought it was advertising.
