CLEANSTER Where have you been all my adult life?
Wow! You always hear there is an app for this and an app for that… but for cleaning up my messy house? YES! There is now an app for that! Cleanster! My CleansterPro Emily totally went above and beyond to get my house ready for Thanksgiving. I’m definitely going to be making this a regular thing.

Horrible experience!
I had no one show up for several scheduled cleanings and then got billed $190 and no response from anyone on the app and no number to call. This is my first negative review ever written, but it is a very frustrating and negative experience with this app.
Terrible service - They broke my washing machine
I used this app a few times for my Airbnb cleanings. Everything was going well until something didn't. They sent one of their cleaners to clean my apartment. The cleaner, who is supposed to be a professional, broke my laundry machine. The button to start it has been forced and now I can't even use it. I contacted the support after the incident.
Here is the reply they gave me: Unfortunately, the washer and dryer depreciate over time when using them regularly and are not covered. We can only offer you a promo code of 15% off at the moment.
Seriously? You are supposed to have professionals cleaners on your platform and they can't even use a laundry machine properly? I've been using this washing machine for many years without having any issues. After a couple of back-and-forth, they told me they would pay for the repairing of the machine.
I hired someone to come fix it. I sent them proof of pictures and videos and the total amount. Never heard back from them and it’s been two weeks.
I do not suggest you to use this app. You don't know who is gonna come at your house, you are therefore taking a big risk that they might break something, or worse, steal something. Worst of all, you won't be covered as they don't have any insurance to protect you and they clearly don’t care about you.

Fraudulent charges
Do NOT use this app, the Tidy team does not have proper knowledge or ability to charge appropriately. Cancelled cleanings or cleanings that are refused by cleaners still get charged… I have over $1000.00 in fraudulent charges that I am in process of going through chargeback process with credit card company. I’ve noted these charges for refund to the Tidy team and they are incompetent and refunded an incorrect amount.
This app should be taken off the application store as their charging is fraudulent and support team is incompetent.
