Expense is limited to $100‍  

I asked my cleaner to buy sheets and other supplies, and I couldn't pay more than $100, so I was forced to book another job and add the rest. Raise your limit TIDY app, lol  ​

Still waiting for my refund or cleaning since March!!

Hi I am a single mother of two small children who recently broke my leg this march so even tho they had no showed at the last minute and continued to charge me for a subscription even tho I had canceled after that I was charged 120$ only getting half back and when offered the rest I said since I just broke my leg I need a clean so I’ll give one more chance hahaha fat chance
I’ve left many comments and all she said the one time I spoke with the Canadian rep was that they did refund but she obviously don’t realize I know that it’s twice so again she has to pay me but she don’t seem to comprehend this due to the language barrier and I’m not even attacking her Intelligence just her lack of customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction nevermind being fair and square as I’ve asked to have this booked many times but the app tried to make me pay again every time !!’ I’m so mad I get fed up and forget about it for months now but the stupid thing just send me pop up add so much easier when it’s not fresh indignation

Love booking cleaning through this app. I don’t have a set cleaning schedule so it allows me to book whenever I want a deep clean on the day I want it! Very happy customer.

Awful customer service.

Took forever to get responses, cancelled my cleaning 5 days in advance and they double charged me. Help email does not seem monitored by people, just a robot that puts you into a perpetual loop.

Bonne service Même que on a eu une tempete et avant l’impossibilité de venir ma « cleaner » assignée ils m’ont trouvé une remplaçant dernier minute.
J’aime l’attitude de la persone qui fait mon menage et la flexibilité de service qui est basé sur les nombres d’heures et qu’on peut changer nos services demandés d’accord avec nos besoins

First cleaning a success

I received before and after pictures and felt my space looked very clean after. Well done. They also communicated well throughout.

Terrible service

Cleaners never show up and Or can never find the address.

Do not schedule these crooks!

Paid $170 for a cleaning at 8:00 am! No one showed up. I called and they said someone would be there by 10 am. At 11 I called again, they said the cleaner was driving around and couldn’t find my address. She wasn’t answering my messages. Supposedly she went home to charge her phone and was coming back and only 5 minutes away. 2 hours later at 5:00 PM she showed up. Complaining about how tired she was. My kids had to sleep so I told her to skip the bedrooms and focus on 2 of 3 bathrooms and the kitchen and living room. She left after 3 hours, left all of her sweeping piles. She cleaned the outside of the bathtub but not the inside. When I tried to cancel the upcoming cleanings I had scheduled they said I would have to pay a $40 cancellation fee!

Hidden fees

Tried to book a one time cleaning to test the app. I don’t know who is coming to my house or when, but I’m somehow locked into cleanings for the rest of my life or I will be charged a $40 membership cancellation fee. Customer support was useless and didn’t answer my questions.
