  • Really great piano app except 1 problem...

Hi. I’ve been going on this app every day learning piano but I didn’t really have time to learn more then 15 lessons a day. Or whatever it’s called. So this is the problem. I really like this app, but it has limited time. WHY?! You always have to get pro and it’s like 30 dollars a month and the one with 9 is still a lot. Like why? It’s like on really weird ads they keep asking you to buy their stuff. And this one really does. I really have been tired of seeing those ads that says “your lesson time for today is over” So I was wondering fix the monthly price a little? I know you guys need money but other people are tired of seeing those ads and having to buy 30 dollars just for a month like that’s- way too expensive so please fix that, And one more thing, you have to pay 30 dollars just for piano songs?! Please fix this thanks

  • It was good . . .

This app was so good! It always worked really well and I never had any problems. Until yesterday. I don’t know if it got updated, but the picture for the app is different and so is the loading screen. That’s not the problem, though. In fact I liked the new screen better. The problem is, when you go onto the home screen, and click on the song you want to play, something happens. You go to the page with the parts and stuff, and you click play. It starts, but then all of the sudden, the song stops, right before the first note. It’s not my internet, because I tried watching a video after it happened and it worked, no problem. Fix this please.

  • Fantastic app for guitar and piano

I’ve been using Yousician since late April thanks to a lot of additional at home time. In the last 6-7 months I’ve seen HUGE progression in my ability to play guitar. The gamification of the learning process has kept me engaged and coming back more and more to try to improve. There’s a nice comfortable learning pace and if it’s too easy for you it gives you the option to test into more challenging lessons. I really really like this app and recommend it to anyone who expresses interest to learn an instrument. There are is one BIG thing that I wish the app offered to make learning even easier: the ability to see the entirety of the song whether it’s tabs or sheet music, it would make memorizing and practicing parts of a song a lot simpler. As it is currently, I pause and transcribe the tablature into a note book to see the whole thing.

  • There is nothing to complain about this

Every piano lesson I find ends up clothing minis but this gives 1 lesson a day and it’s so fun and I got so good at the piano and I really think this is the one for me although I would like more lessons but it’s ok 👌🏽, c’mon people and get this game cause there ain’t nothing better than this right here, well except for when you lesson in person but you know COVID-19 and all so this is the bestseller

  • I love it !

I just started playing piano about a couple months ago and I was getting bored of the same songs on my beginners book so I tried this and I love it. I downloaded every Piano app there is and they Esther don’t work or you have to pay. But this I’m not paying and I get about 30min a day why are people saying they only get 10?Anyways I’m 12 and it’s easy to learn because you can practice and it tells you which notes you did wrong.I love it the songs are actually good!

  • Great app but a few minor flaws

I’ve been using the app for a while now and it works great and I love it. It’s a fun way to learn. However there are a bunch of times when I will press the correct note(s) and it will not register. I notice it most when playing octaves. And I know it’s the app and not me because it will happen on the same spot every time. Even if I focus on making sure I time it perfectly. If that issue could be solved the app would be 5 stars for sure

  • Near perfect

This app has definitely moved me ahead. I realized I was memorizing fingers, not really reading the music, with a book. Jumping between pop and classical tracks in this app, and having a wider selection of music, is keeping me out of that rut.

I wish the app had an “always use MIDI” mode where I could revoke mic permission and also not go through the “Hey, a MIDI input! Do you want to use MIDI?” dialog *every session.* Just be like, “Whoa, there’s no MIDI” if it fails to connect. The MIDI is so much more accurate for me.

But overall, I like it a lot.

  • Charged my account before end of free trial

My account was charged $119 for the yearly subscription before it even expired. I cancelled my 7-day trial in the morning only to realize my account had been charged overnight. I received no reminder or notification. When I emailed support their response was to contact Apple. This is the DDR of piano. It’s a game of arbitrary key-pressing with no fundamentals or theory to back it up. They throw chords into the lessons that they’ve never taught you. I played with my free trial for three days and I could not play anything I “learned” on my own if you asked me to. I am saying this as a person who can sight sing and has basic piano skills. Not how you learn to play an instrument.

  • Best piano app ever

I love this app so much I tried simply piano and it wasn’t my style but then I have this app extra for find needed it I tried it and it was a blast I had so much fun and learned so quickly from it if you are deciding to get it you should definitely get it it’s amazing with any kind of Piano thing you have now I’m only a nine-year-old so that’s my decision but if you don’t think that this is a good app you don’t have to try it out but to me it’s amazing and it’s so much fun

  • It’s pretty good

This app is absolutely wonderful! I’ve really wanted to learn how to play piano so badly, and I think I finally found my answers! I’m so thankful for this app. I had a piano teacher, but back then I didn’t have as much logic sense as I do now, so I didn’t quite work out. When school was canceled back in March because of the current pandemic, I was inspired even more to do something with the piano in my house. And quite frankly, I was extremely bored. I would always play a few songs such as Gymnopedie.1 and Raindrop prelude and things like that but I never really knew how to play the piano. I’ve had the desire to learn this beautiful instrument since a young age, but never learned it. Now I’m 13 and I think I can finally fulfill one of my dreams. I highly recommend this app to anyone who has a desire to start learning a new instrument. You can even start with no experience and learn so on. The only thing that I don’t really like is the amount of time you have to play for free. It’s only ten minutes when you can learn so much more with five extra minutes or maybe even ten. Also, it would be great if it could teach how to read sheet music for beginners. Other than that, this app really is great.
