I was wrong this is real
This is a real program. The app is shady looking and they give automated responses that seem fake. They will also leave you hanging and not tell you that there’s a problem with your documents. I had to keep pestering them and threaten to report them to get an actual real customer service response (maybe don’t be as much of a jerk as I was). If you already applied, keep at them, you will prob need to submit documents again (black out any account numbers or ss numbers). Make sure you submit them to a customer service rep and they’ll tell you that day if there’s a problem. There are probably many people going without help because of the app design and opaque verification process.Show lesskassi tude

Glitches /App doesn’t work
I’ve redownloaded the app, I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve done so many things to have the app work but all it does is glitch and show me the same pages even after I was deemed as qualified and approved. I do not see any other page on the app other than the one that makes me answer the questions and submit my documents. I’ve heard from other users that they face the same problem. Help me or this is a scam.
I don’t trust this app and have my doubts on this. Apparently when I use my phone number, it states that the number was “already used to sign up for this program” even though this is my first time. I download the app to login to check if I “actually” applied, but the app says I haven’t. It redirected me to call 211 or visit the website 211LA.org, but as you all figure IT’S OF NO USE!!! Despite me searching “Tangelo” and “#Let’sFeedLA” on the website, this program is not there. I chat with an advisor who also check the data based, but WAIT WAIT... THEY SAID THEY CAN’T FIND IT!!! @Developers, please help me quickly or I’m just going to assume this is a scamShow lessFood-2-Go
