Heartwarming Journey
The gameplay (a risk vs reward RPG-lite) isn’t much on its own, but when paired with the animated story sequences about friendship, sibling bonds and perseverance, a melting pot of perfection presents itself. While decidedly short, it is the perfect type of interactive experience for a service like Apple Arcade. It respects your time and packs a relatable story punch for anyone who has a sibling. I really like this type of experimentation on the platform and hope to see more of it!

Meh
It’s good in my opinion. But there are some things that could improve. For example, I finished chapter two and left the game. The next day I come back and I have to start chapter one all over again.
Lovely 😊
Such a wonderful story between brothers and friends, very touching, thank you 🙏🏻
Have to restart every time I close the app!
Seems like a great game, but every time I re-open the app all my progress is lost! I’m not getting far as I have to start from chapter 1 every time! Frustrating
Great animation!
Cool game, I’ll admit I got pretty upset when I was on the 5th encounter and died especially on the later chapters.
One annoying thing is the erikagoyle can scream twice in a row sometimes even more! Obviously never set this monster out!

Nice story, so so gameplay
The plot is sweet, with a sick brother who needs cheering up, and a budding romance strengthen over coding a game. One cool aspect is that you are supposed to be coding this game you are playing, and you act as a dungeon master of sorts.
However, the gameplay is incredibly boring. Limited choices to make, and lots of auto play turn based battles to watch. I agree with what others have said - play only long enough to get the idea, then watch the cutscenes elsewhere.

Short and sweet; fun gameplay that kept me wanting more
This game is pretty short. Beat in it about two hours lounging around this weekend. It’s gameplay was challenging and fun, but it’s story made it really shine. It’s a lighthearted story but with a lot of depth that actually left me thinking about it after I was done; something I never thought a mobile game would make me do.
It’s gameplay was captivating. It has its flaws in that if you’re shooting for high scores it takes as much luck as it does skill, but for a casual gamer just looking to clear the level it can be fun and exciting trying to come up with the right solution to make it through each chapter.
I encourage all to give this a couple hours of your time, and hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Great Cutscenes, OK Gameplay
It’s definitely worth trying the gameplay portions, and please do give Apple any metrics that would help profit the developers, but once you get the idea you might be better served by watching the cutscenes elsewhere. They’re really great.
One little nitpick though, the ending felt a little abrupt. There was a problem Takeshi was looking to solve that kinda just disappeared without mention.

Limited Gameplay
This one has an interesting concept, story, and art, but there isn’t much to “play”. You basically click through dialogue then pick a few monsters in a list.
Sometimes, you have some powers to choose from on the monsters, but I hardly felt me playing mattered. At least the game is pretty self-aware in that regard.
Great if you want a little experience, but might not be what you’re looking for if you want more than that.

This game is ready cool!
I love the story and the gameplay. Wish it was a little longer I was really enjoying it.
